No issues with Climate King. The technician arrived within the timeframe given. He performed both internal and external evaluations/diagnostics and corrected the two separate issues that we were having with two separate units. Efficient and effective service.

It was pretty bad that you send a worker out here that doesn't even have a license to be electrician and then can't perform the work and still charged me $75
I called and was told they don't work on electricity. My money would be returned to me. Another lie. I highly recommend you call the guy on the corner. ......you will be better served..
Now I was told I would be getting a check in the mail and a call back. NEVER GOT EITHER.

Climate King was sent out after their sister company, Draingo plumbing, created an issue with our heating system. Draingo plumbers flipped our disconnect box in an effort to light our pilot light on our HVAC unit after installing a water heater. After consulting another company, it turns out our HVAC unit does not even have a pilot light. Climate King came out and told us the disconnect box was fried, and that their sister company was not at fault. They offered to fix the issue for $300. I told them no thank you as I had already paid Draingo $500 out-of-pocket that morning. They then left the residence where we were left without heat for a cold winter's night. Turns out, they could have wired the HVAC directly into the house until the disconnect box was replaced, so we would at least have heat in the winter. Instead, I had to call another company, and I currently have heat while awaiting disconnect box replacement. We will never use Climate King or Draingo plumbing again. Save yourself the nightmare!

I have nothing but great things to say about Climate King. I’ve used them several times now and it’s always been a good experience. They are prompt, professional and they know what they are doing. Each time they quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a timely manner

I had to wait 3 day to be serviced initially. The job was not done properly. I am currently sitting in an 85-degree house for an additional 2 more days before they can come out again to service the exact same issue. The only bright side...this did not happen in July.

Climate King was responsive, their HVAC Tech Chris Wilson was awesome and called that he would be at our house in 15 minutes on the day he was to show and was on time. He was professional, knows his business as an HVAC Tech, and was very courteous.

Do not use this company!!!!! They were sent out through a home warranty. They have figured out how to get money from warranty company and customer. They will not deposit checks in a timely manner. My check was cashed 8 months after service. The part they put in my house was the cheapest they could get. They also didn’t do everything they were supposed to do.

Justen and Lucas did a great job on maintenancing our AC and heating units while we were preparing to sell our home. Justen went above and beyond the call of duty by identifying a plumbing issue that we thought was AC related, then referred us to DrainGo to fix the problem right away. Hollie and the admin staff were very courteous and professional to address our air conditioning, heating, and plumbing needs in such a short amount of time. I highly recommend Climate King.

Great experience with climate king! The guys were super nice and went above and beyond to make sure they weren't tracking stuff in from outside. They got here on time and got the job done quickly!

Called today to see about getting a quote or estimate on a hvac replacement and was told that there would be a $75 diagnostic fee. I spoke with Meghan and explained that I was not going to pay to get a quote generated and she seemed quite fine with not taking my business. I have called 5 other hvac places and this was the only one that was less than customer friendly. Let them eat cake!
