    Terrible. Called them out to my house to look at a condensation problem and just check-up on the AC unit (summer just started). It took them 4days to come look at it. They looked at it for 30min said “there’s no problem but we cleared the drain and moved insulation to help w/ condensation.” I said “great glad there’s no problem, thanks for taking a look.”

    That night it stopped working completely. They told us that it would be another full week before they could come out to fix their mistake. It’s 95degrees outside.

    This company should be avoided if at all possible. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

    A month ago my home warranty company sent them out to repair my AC. I was told it needed a new fan motor and it had to be ordered. After nearly a week they came back out and replaced the fan motor(left a the trash on the ground and the work didn't look professional at all). The unit seem to be working but later that day I noticed the temperature rising in the house. Long story short after a 4 trip to my house my air conditioners still wasn't working properly. The technician wouldn't answer my phone call, the office personnel didn't seem to be concerned or apologetic. A couple of days ago I had to get someone else out and now my air finally works well. I was told they put in the wrong size fan motor but I guess they weren't professional or smart enough to realize that.

    Okay, AHW sent Climate King to my house for a service call. They did show up on time, but that’s about it. It was Walker and another tech who showed up. I told him that the AC shut down on its own and I think it’s probably a bad door safety latch or something electrical. Walker goes up in my attic and comes back to tell me it’s my circuit board. He didn’t sound sure by the sound of his voice or he was lying about the diagnosis. I informed him, the circuit board was only 3 years old. He said it was not communicating with thermostat. So I said okay, let’s fix it. He said he would have to order part. This is Monday, I called Wednesday for an update, because I have NO AIR! A lady said he ordered part, but doesn’t know when it’s coming. I asked, how you not know when the part would be in? No response. Called Thursday, I asked why they couldn’t overnight part? The lady said AHW won’t allow it. I called AHW and they said, it’s up to Climate King to make that decision. So Friday, I called another company that morning, came to house @ 3pm @ 330 AC on, cooling my house after a week with no air. All he did was adjust furnace door and tighten it up properly. NO CHARGE! He said it was just the safety switch. I told him what Walker said from CK. He said either Walker is incompetent or he gave a false diagnosis just to pad the bill. He said, they are always cleaning up behind Climate King technicians and hearing customers complain about Climate King. Climate King has disgusting customer service and relation. They will lie just to pad the bill, just wondering how many other customers they have robbed. I informed AHW, don’t ever send these crooks to my home again. Don’t trust CK technicians or office staff, they all lie. O, I waited until the following week to call AHW to cancel service request. 11 days went by, never did hear from CK about part, nor did the call with updates. My family and I would have been 11 days without air dealing with Climate King.

    We have an American Home Shield Warranty and they use Climate King for their heating and Air. We purchased the warranty when we bought the house because we know it's an older unit and didn't want to have to spend alot of out of pocket money on the air conditioning if it went out. After the inside unit went out and needed a fan motor replaced, we went without Air Conditioning for a week while waiting on Climate King to be able to get out to our home. We where very understanding and even though we had a few hot nights it wasn't too bad. The day they came for the repairs was not scheduled but a hopeful day because of waiting on a part. Me and my wife both work and have 4 kids in the house that are in school so without warning Climate King called at 8:40am and said we are headed your way. We were able to get someone over to let them in so they could fix the unit. They replaced the Thermostat in which their technician had broken the last time out with a much cheaper model, but the a/c seemed to be working, but had a few nights in the 50's so it didn't run much. Then last night the fan motor that they had replaced 2 days before sounded like a helicopter in the attic, the air was barely blowing through the vent. I proceeded to make sure the outside unit was running and then made my way up to the inside unit in the attic where I found the picture below, with trash left around the unit and the cover not even placed back on, which is a major fire hazard of something we're to soark or over heat and fall on the insulation below. We went on to bed and called Climate King back this morning and let then know of the issue in which they cannot get back with us until Thursday of next week! I am very dissapointed in their service and reliability and will be letting the Home Warranty company know of tge issues we have had!

    If you want the details...

    We have had climate king out a few times to our house. The first 3-4 times were with a home warranty. They always did the job. This last time I paid out of pocket and I’ll be primarily reviewing on that experience.
    Let me say I am very happy with the service. First of all, the lady answering the phone was really nice and helped me to make a quick and convenient appointment. I was given a appointment next day and a relatively large time frame (8-12 or something). She let me know if would be earlier than later. I paid a $75 diagnosis fee and they checked out two air conditioning units for me (if you need more than one unit looked at be sure to tell them before they come out). They found that the thermostat was bad on one and would have replaced it for me for the cost of the thermostat plus about $100 for installation. The next unit had an issue with the blower. They reset the blower.
    That evening my husband installed a new thermostat but the air still didn’t work and unfortunately the blower didn’t work at all on the other unit—which previously had been cutting on and off, but did work.
    The good news? I called climate king early the next morning and they had their guys back out in about two hours. Ends up it was a bad thermostat and it wasn’t working because of a wiring issue and they got the blower working again quickly. There was no additional fee for this since they were very minor fixes. SO nice since they came out so quickly and fixed a simple problem without charging extra for it.
    That late afternoon I called again because I was concerned things weren’t cooling quickly enough. I was transferred and spoke directly with the tech that had been at the house that day. He told me that was normal but if I had any issues the next day to call and he’d be out there same day.
    Well, air is working great. And I just really appreciated that they were so willing to come out again even though they’d been out two previous times—I could see a lot of repair men not wanting to come out a third time for a small problem that they’d already looked at, but he was really nice and very accommodating. I will definitely be using them in the future.

    We are new to the area and the AC completely died on a 95°+ day. Climate King was out within 2 hours of our call! David was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable! He fixed our issue quickly and got our unit going again! The prices are VERY reasonable too! Highly recommend!!

    Our home warranty connected us with Climate King to service our air conditioner. There was a major problem, with required parts to order. Although the home warranty told us it would be two weeks to get the parts, the representatives from Climate King called throughout the region to secure the parts much sooner. The technician worked for hours on a Friday afternoon/evening until it was fixed. We are so appreciative that we had such a great experience with them!
