Climate King LLC

My air-conditioning unit went out the night before I was to leave town for four days. I contacted American Home Shield and they sent out Climate King who worked me in due to my circumstances. Not only did Alex and Adam know immediately what was wrong with my unit, they had the part. Typically, the service people come out and you have to wait two days for a part. Climate King by way of Adam and Alex gave me the best service I have had since I lived in Memphis. My unit was up and running in 10 minutes. Thank you Adam and Alex and thank you Climate King.

This was a home warranty company repair of our Main floor AC unit. They did good work and communication was very good. The only things taking away a star is that it took them over a week to come look at the unit and another week to come out and repair (during the hot of June). Additionally, they charge a premium on the gas to charge the unit. The home warranty company only covered a small amount and with the high cost of the gas charged it made the repair fairly expensive, given that it was done under a home warranty repair. I priced the gas from a local vendor and that’s how I know for certain that the gas was a higher cost of about 30-50 dollars per pound for my area. Otherwise, good work, nice and professional people, and the unit is now fixed.

Climate King has come to my house 8 times in the past 8 months to work on the same air conditioner just to continuously patch up an old machine instead of saying it is unrepairable so American Home Shield can replace the unit. I was told today by the lady that answered the phone that the technician has to make sure the item can not be fixed, but over the last 5 years the company has been to my house about 20 times for the same unit. This situation is ridiculous. If the company can not resolve this issue I am not going to resign my contract.

Scheduled the service through our home warranty. They arrived on time and were quick to discover and repair the issue to my home's A/C. They were professional and courteous! Thank you Climate King!

Climate King is #1 in my opinion . Brad, the technician, has been so helpful and a very nice young man. I just appreciate his service so much. I highly recommend Climate King for all your A/C needs.

I didn't know this company, Googled it and it was 4 or 5 stars read the reviews and overall I decided they were a good company. They came in fixed the problem, which thank God it wasn't a major issue. Very courteous, the same when I called. I'd use them again.

Did not change filters out on refrigerator.

The tech examined my unit inside and out. When he saw the outside unit, He said that's your problem. He took off the plate, took out a large capacitor and unhooked it. He went to his truck and got a new capacitor and strapping. He attached it to my unit and put the wires on. Turned the electricity back on and it started cooling the house. He was there about 10 minutes and had me fixed. I have asthma and COPD and can't tolerate much heat. No body can beat Climate King! If your A/C needs work, call them, they are great!
