Marcus was very punctual in his arrival. Very quickly went to work and stayed on task all the time! He showed me the work he had done, went over all the paper work, and ask me if I had any questions or concerns that he could help me with! His glowing smile and friendly demeanor were a blessing to us as he worked and completed the job in a very professional manner! He is a true asset to this company!!

Once again Shaun with Environment Masters came the same day we called and replaced the lines behind the washing machine that were leaking. He had to go through the sheet rock but when he finish the job he replaced it back like it was. He had all the tools and supplies that he needed on his truck. It was late in the afternoon he came and finish the job before 5 o’clock! He’s so dependable and I don’t plan on using anybody else!

Excellent professional employees and always fair pricing.. installed 2 original heating and cooling systems 33 years ago and replaced each once after about 25 years. They come quarterly to provide maintenance.

My parents encouraged me to use Environment Masters when we bought our home because they’ve had a maintenance contract with them for years. The first time I had an A/C problem in the hot summer I called EM. They came to our house the same day we called & repaired the A/C the same day! They’re very kind & have talented, excellent employees. They’ve always given the best service & the best prices. They will come ASAP if you have a contract or not! The maintenance contract is the best way to take care of your home & that saves money in the long run as well. I recommend this company to my family, my friends & anyone who reads this.
