We have had a plumbing nightmare over the past two weeks. It ended up being a busted main sewer line. Daniel B was one of the most professional and courteous guys I’ve worked with. He helped diagnose our problem, unclogged our drains, and came back after the sewer line was replaced to unclog dirt that had backed up as a result of the work—for no additional charge.

Mike W repaired the sewer main. Same as Daniel B, he was professional and courteous. He worked hard all morning and answered any questions we had about our situation. They ran their cameras after they were finished and found another clog on the city side. Mike W stayed until the city arrived to make sure we were taken care of. Can’t say enough about this company. Great work. Very responsive. And very clear about what you will pay and why you will pay it.

Finally, the ladies on the phone were always super helpful and able to get the answers I needed.

Bailey came to my house on March 24, 2023 to perform my semi-annual inspection of my HVAC. He called ahead of time to let me know that he was on his way. I appreciate him doing that so that I can prepare for his visit.

Bailey was very courteous and respectful to us and our property. He explained everything that he did in a manner that I could understand. Bailey was very thorough and noticed that our UV bulb needing replacing. He had one on his truck, which was very convenient, and was able to replace it during his visit.

Bailey is an asset to Environment Master!

Mr. Paul was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done regarding our A/C. He offered great customer service, very professional, and we will definitely consider him for our next appointment if needed.

Our tech, Daniel, came in and took care of all the maintenance. He took time to speak with me and ask if there were any concerns I had. He also gave me quotes on possible devices that could help a situation we had.

My home AC was blown warm air in summer day. Due to storm and lost the electric. EM could not fix the problem ,but as promised, EM helped us to recovered the cool air for the house when electric was restored.

Called them early Friday morning. Was given a time between 12-4. Got a call from the dispatcher at 4:30 that afternoon that their not gonna make it today. He asked if Monday was OK and said I wouldn't be home that that was the day I was home. He ended up asking if Saturday would be ok. I said yeah. I was given a time of 8-9. Finally showed around 10:45. The guy was nice and everything. I was later sent and email ig the invoice it would cost to fix and oh my gosh. $900 if we pulled the (1)bush and he fixed and $1300 if the pulled the one (1) bush. I'm sorry but $900 is excessive. Don't get me started on $1300 invoice.

This company does a fantastic job! Anthony was very knowledgeable and helpful. Couldn’t be more happy that I started using this company.

We had a gas leak and they were out within an hour to get us fixed up. Wonderful company! Tim and his assistant are great!

Environment Masters has always gone above and beyond each time that they’ve come to service my home. Daniel L was prompt and very professional. He gave a detailed explanation of things that he found while completing his maintenance check, and outlined the course of action to take to prevent majors issues with my cooling system.
