Day 2-
Paul G responded again to make the repairs that we discussed on the previous day. His work was thorough and efficient, and the area was left clean and orderly.

A friend highly recommended EM when I needed to replace my 26 year old heating/air conditioning central unit, inside and out. My experience with all of their installers, subcontractor, preventative follow-up service provider, and office staff has been overwhelmingly positive, exceeding all my expectations. They were prompt, fast, and pleasant. The installation was done with as little disruption and inconvenience to my family members as possible. We've had no issues in the 6 weeks since, and we have used both AC and heat modes. I'm one of those customers who likes to learn how to be a better homeowner, and I'm just interested in how things work. Everyone has been informative and patient with my questions and chatting. I feel like that adds value to my experience with them. I think for central air & heating, they could not be better!

Daniel from Environmental Masters was professional, informative and helpful throughout the entire process. He found the solution and diagnosed our problem with ease and expertise without even turning our water on or touching a thing!

Paul G did the best he could. Checked voltages for 2.5 hrs. Decided that the Thermostat was frozen. Only one kind of thermostat can be used. None available. Promised to have one by Monday. The heat wave continues. It’s not Paul’s fault, but Environment Masters should have parts in stock! Very disappointed in Environment Masters!

Paul did the AC maintenance very efficiently. He was also very professional. I recommend this business.
