Daniel C. was our service pro. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He showed up on time and was able to fix the problem that we have been having for months now. I would give him 6 stars if it was an option. I am so happy with this company and the service that they have provided us. Daniel was second to none. Awesome! Environment Masters is a great choice if you are looking for air conditioning service or repair. They will see it through until everything is the way you want it. Attention to detail and knowledgeable employees. I can't recommend them enough.

Josh M did a very good job! He was professional and friendly. Josh did a good job of explaining everything going on with the units in a way I could understand. He is an asset to the company. I highly recommend Environment Masters.

Timothy is very professional. He does excellent work and explains things well. We request him any time we need a maintenance check or repairs to our heating or AC system. He is the best!

Technician Brandon was very nice,understanding,helpful and knowledgable. He addressed my strange AC issue and was just trying to "get the business"he was concerned about my needs most of all. Took his time and did what he could to help and helped tremendously.. corporate style company but very good personal service.

Environment Masters is great! I like that they are a locally owned company and that I get to talk to a real human being when I call them. Kayla will set you up with the best person for the job. I’ve used this company twice and have been very satisfied both times. Shaun came to my home today and repaired a toilet & installed a new garbage disposal. He did the job right and for a fair price. Shaun knows his profession & takes pride in his work. I highly recommend them.

I do not typically leave reviews, but Environment Masters really won us over. Incredibly fast service and friendly folks. Shaun was very helpful and nice! Can’t say enough good things about this company. Plus you gotta love a company with an adorable mascot.

I called Environment Masters from another state to assist my parents in MS. The service was exceptional and the response was quick. Everyone I communicated with was not only professional, but kind and patience. Bailey arrived at my parents home in record time. He took the time to get the job done correctly and explained in great details what needed to be done. I won't hesitate to use them again. I highly recommend them!

Very professional!! Tim did a thorough job fixing another company's installation errors and explaining to me what was wrong, what he was doing to repair it, and then also provided an estimate for a future repair that will help with efficiency, but wasn't critical at this time. I regret not going with Environment Masters for the original installation and I'm grateful to Tim for getting us fixed up today!
