Paul G performed a scheduled, routine HVAC maintenance. He was knowledgable and thorough and expressed concerns over upcoming systems needs. We will be requesting Paul G to perform some future work.

Really great customer service. Every service technician I've dealt with at our home over the years has been friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Their home office does a great job scheduling and providing updates. Our AC recently went out with a newborn in the house and 90+ degree temperatures. Tyler Warren and Daniel Lyle were onsite the same day and worked until 9pm to get us back up and running. Really appreciate their commitment.

He was very professional. He was time and cost efficient,.,. I I am very pleased!!

Bailey came by to do routine maintenance and was helpful and professional. This is a great company!

Polite. Brought his house shoes with him so he wouldn’t track in mud. Friendly but didn’t waste time. Informed me of results of inspection and gave me options. No pressure to buy. Had the necessary tools with him. Cleaned up behind himself. Amicable with coworker.

POST re service the following day 3/15/19

RYAN responded within a few hours. Very kind. Knowledgeable. Welcomed my standing over his shoulder as he worked and explained every step and rationale for each test. The problem was an easy fix once Ryan found it. Had good things to say about his coworkers and company. Credited Waylon with being a good mentor when he was new with company. Kind. Efficient.

Again would give a 5 star rating. Three good technicians.

2/27/2020. Had a new roof installed yesterday and heating unit shutoff due to debris. A great safety feature but house was cold this am. Environment Master sent Ryan out immediately. He was knowledgeable in diagnostic skill and prompt in fixing problem. Explained everything he was looking for and showed me the problem. Also responded to my request for installing a new thermostat and helped me decide on which was best for my needs. Polite, efficient, helpful competent. 5 star for Ryan and EM.

3/5/2020. Brandon was polite, friendly and knowledgeable when he came for air conditioning maintenance. Troubleshooting methodically led him to fix minor issue that would have caused problems later. Kept me aware of what he was doing and status of equipment. Good job Brandon 👍

9/8/2020. Josh was on time. Focused on his work but friendly and pleasant. Thorough. Had the job done quickly. 👏

3/3/2021. Randy did a good job of diagnosing problem with heater and promptly fixed it. Explained his rationale for work as he did it and showed me equipment as he examined it. Appreciate his service and kindness.

4/3/2023. Daniel was engaging and polite. Quietly did his work. Efficient and thorough. Made recommendation and had price quote as we talked. No pressure. Installed power surge before he left - had all tools necessary to do job with him. Despite wet messy yard where he had to work, Daniel did not track in mess to my house. High marks

Timothy is one of the most pleasant fellows you will ever encounter. He has been to our house in the past for routine seasonal inspections and service. Today, with a heat index of about 105 degrees he came to determine what was wrong with our air conditioner. He quickly determined that it was a capacitor, which he replaced in short order.
We have used Environment Masters for many years and will continue to do so.
The entire staff is courteous and professional.

My experience w Environment Masters as a whole has been excellent. Timothy did a fantastic job. He had to replace a bad circuit board, motor capacitor and he ran new wire to my thermostat so I could operate just the FAN mode only. The staff has always kept me informed for scheduled appointments and when techs will arrive.

Daniel is very knowledgeable and competent. He saved me almost $2,000 when my A/C unit was misdiagnosed by another technician. He found that I only needed a simple fix that cost me a little over $100. Since then I always request Daniel whenever my heating/cooling system needs maintenance or repair.
