We called first thing on Monday morning. Before lunch dispatch called to say a tech was headed our way! A/C Technician Daniel L. was professional & knowledgeable. He was able to get our A/C unit back up & cooling! He also made informed recommendations. Environment Masters is the BEST!

Wow ! Called at 7pm on a week that we had a heat advisory so I know they were already super busy ! They came out THE SAME night and did not have to do that . They fixed the AC, saved us a sleepless night and charged a VERY affordable and fair rate . The technician , Daniel, was very professional and so friendly . We literally could not have had a better experience . Thank you so much , environment Masters ! What a wonderful company .

Daniel showed right up even after I had to call after regular business hours. He was very professional and knowledgeable of everything he spoke about. He got right to work as soon as I showed him where the water heater was and was finished very quickly. He even gave me a few quotes for newer units if I wanted to replace my current unit but was not pushy whatsoever. He also explained to me how he fixed my simple issue I had in case I need to do it again. Thank you Environment Masters!

I have a geothermal ac setup and Tim is by far the most knowledgeable service provider I’ve ever had. He got my system working to the best level it could and showed me things I need to check and how to resolve some simple issues myself. I was to the point I regretted installing geothermal due to lack of qualified service people but that has changed now. I really feel like I can depend on Tim to solve any problems I have in the future.
