Very good experience. The new equipment installed has exceeded my expectations and performs great. Both systems are so quiet, you can't even tell they are running. Corey was a pleasure to work with. He was courteous and professional. He installed everything efficiently and was very knowledgeable about his work. Tim was so very nice and helpful. Told me everything was fine with my heating. I could not have ask for anyone to have explained things better than he did. The two young ladies that I talked to at the office the day before were so nice and sweet. Yes I will keep useing them.

Daniel, the serviceman who came to do the follow-up maintenance for our air conditioner, was very polite and professional. He introduced himself, and although the mask mandate has been lifted, he wore a mask. Further, he was careful to put on and off the disposable plastic coverings over his work boots before entering and reentering our home.

He came right in and got to work after I showed him where the unit was located. He made sure to inform me of the servicing process.

I was most pleased with Daniel’s level of professionalism and job performance. I highly recommend Environment Masters to my family and friends!

Shaun was quick and efficient. We were having some trouble with our hot water heater. He came and checked it out for us. Would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs any help with their plumbing. Will definitely be using them in the future!
