Steve was fantastic. He was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. He arrived on time, did a great job and was professional throughout the experience. He went above and beyond and was great at explaining everything he did. Everyone at Environment Masters has been super to work with.

Raymond was great! He explained everything he was going to do, worked efficiently and was professional throughout the process. He answered all of my questions and very patient in doing so. As always, EM guys are the most professional and superb at Customer Service.

I called for service on Monday and get scheduled for Wednesday. On Tuesday afternoon I get a call from technician at 4:30pm confirming my appointment for Wednesday morning. On Wednesday morning I get a message that they need to reschedule my appointment because someone called in sick. Unless they have only one Plummer that is not acceptable for me. I had rescheduled my time to accommodate them.

Timothy came out to repair our air conditioner and install a new thermostat. He was the most professional and knowledgeable technician we have ever had in our lifetime. He was honest and taught me about our unit and also taught us how to setup and operate our new thermostat. I would highly recommend this company, especially if the rest of their technicians are of the same work ethic as Timothy.

Shaun was professional during the initial consultation and also when he returned with the part. On his 2nd visit, he and the gentleman with him were both professional. The customer service was awesome! The job was completed timely and I am satisfied with the service. I would recommend them and if I have any issues they can service, I will call them first!

Annual maintenance service. As usual, prompt, polite, through & informative!

Shaun was fantastic! Professional, courteous and very friendly. He explained what the issue was and how he planned to resolve it. In very short order the issue was fixed and our plumbing services were restored. Even though this was an emergent issue, Shaun took efforts to make his service call as painless and unintrusive as possible. I highly recommend Environment Masters for any issues homeowners may have.

Josh was knowledgeable very polite and helpful. I would recommend that you send him to represent you anywhere. I was pleased with his suggestions and the information on which he based it. I would be happy for him to do the work. Seemed very trustworthy and straightforward. I intend to use this company to do the work today was an estimate for the work needed. Give Josh a raise!
