Connor was very professional & personable. Appreciated his honesty & giving me my options which were reasonably priced. He tried to find another shut of valve by accessing the crawl space, but found no other water shut off valve. He did provide a temporary fix to the leak. He only charged me the $69 service fee. I will definitely use Connor’s services when ready to make a permanent fix.

Technician Michael showed up on time and answered all my questions with extensive knowledge. They’ll defiantly be going with them to install the new A/C being our original one is 30 years old. Plus they offer financing 😊😊

I am a tenant so I have the ability to respond to the components not related to payment. Cyrus was great. He was on time, a good communicator, professional and worked effectively. I have a new toilet - basically, boom! Cyrus had installed it. A painless, easy,and pleasant experience.

McQuillan was outstanding! Showed up same day we called and got our shower/toilet fixed quick! Very professional and nearly painless encounter…service was very reasonable! But it still cost money…not McQuillans fault though! Highly recommend!! Worth the $$$!

The service provided by McQuillan brothers was outstanding! The staff was so friendly, and I was treated with care and kept up-to-date through communication every step of the way. The plumber who came to replace my garbage disposal, was careful to reduce the amount of mess and restore the space to order before he left. I would highly recommend this company for their services!

McQuillan is always fast and amazing. Great service, transparent about their pricing options (with different packages to meet your needs) and they give great recommendations. I feel confident moving into my new house, knowing that McQuillan Bros will take care of what I need!

Had McQuillan out to quote me to move a gas line for my stove/kitchen reno. They told me I had a major leak in my existing lines and they recommend I do a complete removal/install. They tried to scare me into making a VERY expensive decision on the spot, by saying it was so bad that they should honestly shut the gas off right then and there. I was able to get them out of my house and I have since had 2 other gas plumbers take a look at everything. The other 2 companies BOTH said my existing lines are fine, and also quoted me THOUSANDS of dollars less. Not impressed whatsoever with this business. I felt bad for the guy in training, I could tell that he was thinking this quote was a total joke.

My air conditioner stopped working, and when they came out they let me know that because of the severity they could replace the system or they could try a repair that would take a couple weeks, and would likely cost similar to a replacement. Based on that, I asked for replacement quotes since the installation would be much faster than the repair. The quotes were from 29k down to 17k.

That seemed high to me so I decided to think it over. I looked at my system a bit and literally found a dirty filter that when cleaned, had the system working perfectly.

To me, that shows such a poor attention to detail on the inspection. I asked for my $70 visit fee back since they didn't really do anything and just gave me a sales pitch. They said they would call me back and never did.

I definitely wouldn't recommend. The fact that they couldn't even admit that they did a shoddy inspection speaks volumes.

Mike was awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable. No high pressure sales tactics just plenty of useful information. I would recommend him to friends and family with absolutely no reservation. We just received the estimate a few minutes and are thinking it over but it looks good.
