The techs, Chris and Mike, were great. The first replacement water tank was defective, so they had to wait for another. The job took a lot longer than it should have. Throughout they were professional and courteous,

Jordan came to possibly replace a garbage disposal (a $900+ job) instead fixed the issue for $169. He was courteous, educational and quick.

Other companies couldn’t see us for 6 weeks. With McQuillan, I was able to get service the next day. Sam came out and was super thorough. We have a gas boiler and it seems most companies don’t have techs that know gas boilers. Sam have me a great tutorial on gas boilers and our system. He checked, rechecked and checked again to ensure that all our radiators were getting heat and had the right temperature and pressure. A great service experience. I highly recommend.

Brady was here today and did a great job of explaining the job. I currently required as well as something that would be important to have reviewed and fixed in the future. He gave me an estimate for both jobs and I really appreciated it.

Justin was great! He was professional, understanding, and prompt. He was able to locate, diagnose, and fix our A/C issue quickly and had us back up and running in a few hours.

I highly recommend McQuillan Bros. to anyone who is in need of a plumber, heating or cooling specialist. We had multiple repairs and installations done with them over the last 5 years. Our last repair was urgent and they came out the same day I called and fixed everything the next day which was pretty awesome. Thank you Andy S. and Oliver O.! Everyone who worked on our plumbing system was cordial and understanding. Steve and his crew were diligent in solving the issues our remodel and new water heater/softener/filtration systems. We are pleased and will use them for our next project.

I recently hired McQuillan Bros to install a high-efficiency combination boiler and water heater. A water
conditioner was also installed during this process. The project required removing the old system from
the 1950s (estimated) and the rats nest of pipes from previous owner’s DIY ‘patches’.
The price for the complete system was around $23,000, which was within the industry norm per Google.
The initial visit was $65.
The Navien system that was installed did have some issues that required about 5 or 6 additional visits to
figure out that required additional work. There was no charge added for any of this work and the
company was very prompt with getting technicians on the scene (i.e. early morning next day if after
hours).
Members of the McQuillan Bros team that should be recognized for their hard work, attention to detail
and patience while explaining the system. The original install team of Clint, Jack, Arial, Sean, Derek and
Logan. Melissa in the office was very helpful in checking and following up progress from the team. The
several techs that helped troubleshoot should also be recognized, but I do not have their names.

We signed up for a maintenance inspection in early Octobber 2022 and have had our appointment cancelled twice after waiting most of the day (1/9/2023 the most recent cancellation) for the tech to show up. Like the first cancellation, no appointments were available for another month or longer. I wonder how many others have had inspections done who signed up weeks after our first appointment?
