    I woke up in the morning with my gas heat not working! The house was very cold! Although busy, Sublime Heating & Cooling got here within 2 hours! My furnace needed a part replaced. They very quickly went out and got the part I needed. They worked VERY hard until my furnace was working again! They were on a mission! By bedtime, that same day, my house was warm, and I was very comfortable! Thank you!

    We had Sublime Heating & Cooling come out to check the system not do a diagnostic. The sales guy was awesome. Incredibly nice but also knowledgeable and no non sense. He was very honest and wasn’t just looking for a sale. We may get a new system. Thanks Sublime Heating & Cooling for great service.

    The day I needed help, Sublime Heating & Cooling were able to accommodate me same day. They had all the appropriate equipment to go up on the roof and locate the problem and offered an honest estimate for the work right away which they were able to do the next time.     I expected the preventative maintenance spring service call to go quickly. Instead the technician worked diligently for two plus hours cleaning and maintaining the system. It was more than a drive by and check the thermostat and filter change. Tech was friendly and informative. I highly recommend Sublime Heating & Cooling.

    We called over the weekend because our hot water went out. We scheduled an appointment for Sunday and were more than willing to pay the after hours fee. They gave us a time frame of 10am-2pm. 2pm comes and goes with no call or anything. We call the company to see what's going on and they inform us that nobody will be coming out that day and offered to set it up for Monday between 3pm-7pm. We were irritated but figured, ok, things happen. On Monday we hadn't heard anything by 5:30pm so we called just to get an ETA and were told that nobody would be showing up because their techs had COVID. So that is two days in a row that were no call, no shows for appointments that we set up and paid for. I called Tuesday morning to get a refund and was on the line with them for about 20 minutes because they wanted to argue and say that a tech called us at 6:49pm and 6:55pm. That was an hour and a half after I called the company and was told nobody would be coming out. Their service is disappointing and unreliable. I hope they do better going forward.

    Joe installed a water heater at our home this morning. It took several hours and required moving around a heavy washing machine and maneuvering in tight spaces. He did it all in an even-tempered and competent fashion. He represents your company very well.

    Tony was wonderful. He explained everything to me, took pictures of what was wrong and fixed everything. I couldn’t be happier. He arrived when he was supposed to. He was very courteous. He explained what he was going to do; and he explained the special that the company was promoting. He provided excellent customer service.

    I made an appointment Sunday for a appointment Tuesday between 8-10 am. My furnace would fire up but not engage blower. I have 2 small heaters and closed all the rooms Tuesday I call at 1130am and they confirmed my address and phone number and said it won’t be long. Never showed up. This morning-6 degrees and 53 in the house. Works not happy and I had to take a vacation day.
