Ran into a problem with my AC turning on right at the beginning of this current heatwave, and unfortunately it ended up being a major furnace issue. Same day I called they came out, next day they installed a brand new furnace (literally within 26 hours of my initial call) after going through what was wrong and what it would take to fix. Aside from these guys being the most competitive on pricing, they’re also some of the most honest contractors I’ve ever met. No high pressure sales tactics, and they explain everything clearly for someone who doesn’t know anything about these types of issues. I could go on and on. Highly recommend. My 22 year central AC unit failed and as I called HVAC shops in my area, I found that shops were booked out for weeks. Northern Air Heating and Cooling was the only shop that could assess my unit the day I called. Nick was professional and honest about the issue and my options for proceeding. I chose to replace the unit and the price was very competitive and he came back three days later and performed the job. The installation was handled professionally and the new AC works great. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company and my experience was much better than when my water heater was replaced by one of the large HVAC companies that constantly advertises on local TV.

Our AC stopped working, turns out it had a leak. Nicholas gave us all our options and explained everything we had questions on. He didn't try to sell us on anything nor did he push any of his options. He gave us all the information he could give and let us decide. Due to the age of our unit we decided to get a new one installed. He originally came out on Wed and installed the new AC on Friday. Would definitely recommend this company and if we have issues in the future we will use them again.

A little more than a year ago, our condensate pump burst, and water exploded out of it like a fountain. We were new to the area and didn't know who to call. Google led us to Northern Air Heating and Cooling, and they were only vendor who could see us that day. Chia was nice enough to squeeze us in to diagnose the issue, then came back after another job to replace it. Fast forward about 13 months, water was leaking from the pump and we didn't know why. They came within a few hours of scheduling. Chia diagnosed right away. Our switch tripped, and I didn't notice that, and they didn't charge us. Now we know how to address in the future. Northern installed a new furnace, new humidifier, and a new water heater for us. We were so impressed by this company. Kyle knows his business and aims to offer the best customer service. The installation was scheduled at a time convenient for us. We received emails and texts confirming the time and when they were en route to our home. We also received email copies of the proposal and invoice. The price was really reasonable.
