    Can I just go ahead and give these guys 6 stars out of 5?

    The individual I worked with, Kyle, was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Better yet, he was willing to cater to my schedule and allowed me to book an evening appointment. (I called several companies and he was the only one who didn't laugh into the phone when I asked!)

    I feel 100% confident that he got us taken care of because he kept me informed every step along the way.

    He turned what could've been a nightmare situation into a positive experience that I won't soon forget. I strongly recommend Northern Air to anyone who appreciates honesty, integrity, and great customer service.

    Seriously folks, just stop googling now and call Northern Air. You won't be disappointed you did!!

    Called about warranty on an AC they installed 2 years ago and they acted like they didn't know me. Wanted me to find my receipt from 2 years ago. I could get canceled checks for the deposit and the final install, but not the actual receipt, so they still claim not to know me. Went to Residential Heating and Air, confirmed they missed a valve when installing so my AC was overcharging. New coil would be needed after the valve was installed, tried to get warranty for me, but the unit wasn't registered under my name, so Northern Air needed to fix or it wasn't warranted. Bought another AC from Residential, for the warranty in my name. Cost less that Northern, is a name brand vs off brand and they let me use a portable AC while I wait for them to install. Use Northern at your own risk. I'd go elsewhere.

    Called and they made an appointment same day. Chia came out at 7:00 pm and diagnosed the problem right away -capacitor needed replacement. Installed new one and AC worked again. Good value, less than I expected given the responsiveness and professionalism. Would definitely recommend and use again.

    Wow, I can't say enough amazing things about Kyle and his team. They responded within an hour of me leaving a message and came out right away the next morning to check on my 30 year old broken furnace. 3 days later, we had a brand new Heat and Cooling system installed right before the biggest Winter Storm in 10+ years. Kyle and his team understood that my family needed heat and made sure that we were his priority. They were professional, courteous, had super competitive pricing and really made us feel like we were their only customer! I would hands down recommend them for any Heating/Cooling issues!

    Kyle was awesome. Very knowledgeable, very friendly, and even got along with our dogs. I found out about the company through a Groupon, but would have gladly paid full price for the service that we received. Top notch all the way around.

    Kyle was awesome. He came and got our air conditioner working. He's very knowledgeable, very friendly, he even gave our dogs a little attention.
    We had a couple small glitches, replacement part failures, he was there right away to make it work again. Real stand up guy. I would recommend Northern Air Heating and cooling to anyone needing heating and air.

    Very professional. Came by on time and explained to me what was wrong with my AC unit. He walked me through everything and fixed the problem in no time. My AC blows cold air now and the wife and kids can sleep happily. Great service, good pricing, knowledgeable and respectful. I highly recommend and will use them for future services.

    I really had a good experience Northern Air Heating and Cooling.
    A) My furnace went out, and they came out to fix it right away (censor issue).
    B) A week later my furnace went out again b/c I didn't change the filter, and first Kyle tried to help me fix it myself over the phone for free.
    C) When that didn't work they came out within the hour (in the middle of a severe snow storm) and reset it for me... though the issue wasn't with their work they said they wanted to keep their customers happy (bc of their satisfaction guarantee) and ended up waiving the fee for the trip they made!
    I was so happy... I highly recommend them!! They're prompt, honest, and put their customers first!

    I am very impressed with Northern Air. I had an issue with my furnace tonight and contacted them and they promptly answered my call and quickly came to my house...even though they had Christmas plans they fit me on a Saturday night! They were professional, knowledgeable, personable, honest, affordable, and thoroughly checked my furnace and quickly and accurately found the problem. Thank you Northern Air I’m so glad I called you for service, and I won’t hesitate to work with you again.
