We had an emergency situation in which we contacted Thames Heating And Cooling and within an hour we had an appointed schedule and our problem was resolved later that day. The service technicians were very friendly, respectful, and even wore booties over the work boots so that they wouldn't drag any dirt into our home. Very happy that we used this company and now they have a customer for life!!
