Horton Heating & Air Service

Had an AC break at my home and I called them right away. They were very nice on the phone and they answered all of my questions. The technician came out and replaced my AC unit in less than 30 minutes. I will use them again if I ever need any other repairs or maintenance done on my home!

They are fantastic! The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The technicians are always prompt, courteous, and take the time to explain things to us clearly. We've never had any problems with the work that they do, and they even come back to check on us if there's an issue. We highly recommend them!

Alex and Brad were our new furnace installation technicians and both did an excellent job. They worked continuously through the day in completing the installation and left the area very neat and tidy. They explained all the features of the wi-fi thermostat and how to change both the furnace and humidifier filters before leaving.

Great customer service!! My air conditioner wasn't working and they came out the same day. Everyone with this company was very helpful and kind. Alex who came to fix my A/C explained what happened and was very nice. I will be setting up a yearly maintenance with Horton Heating & Air Service so I don't have to worry about my A/C.
