I had a unit installed by Kraft that was a partnership deal with SVL. I had extensive issues with the equipment installed. I tried more than 6 times to get the organization to recognize the faults but these were always assigned to the Smart Thermostat. Eventually after many units in my building had the same issues, they fixed the issue with the way the unit was built. However the issue was then that the unit was not installed and vented correctly and it burned-out.
Each time the engineer visited I was not treated cordially or with respect nor was I trusted that there may have been a fault with the unit.
Neither organization followed-up after any of the repairs to make sure that the issues were resolved, nor did they attempt to resolve the issues afterwards and I had to push them hard to bring them to a close. I suggest doing research and finding contractors that will help you, treat you fairly and ensure their work is completed to a very high standard in all interactions. It is important that you can trust the contractors you work with on projects, especially with large investments such as an HVAC unit.
I remain skeptical of this purchase and recognize it will likely not last long.
Todd and his team portray professionalism in everything they do at SVL. Their sales team is loaded with technical expertise which makes dealing with them much easier than other HVAC companies.
