Steve came out twice and fixed furnace issues promptly. He diagnosed the issues quickly and got the heat back up and running within a couple hours of my initial call into him.

Top notch job helping us out of a jam when our existing AC unit failed during the hottest week of the summer. Prairie West was extremely responsive, communicated well, and did the work within a very short time frame. Highly recommend!

They came out on a really cold night and were able to go pick up a part for it and fix the furnace that evening. It was very appreciated because 4 vulnerable adults live at the residence and they would have had to be moved to a hotel if the furnace wouldn't have gotten fixed. Thanks guys!
