Zack, Sam and Dom were excellent throughout the installation of a new high efficiency gas furnace and removal of an outdated oil furnace and oil tank. They kept me informed throughout the process and were very efficient and knowledgeable about everything. The inspector came and everything passed with flying colors. Dom drained the oil tank efficiently, Sam went over how to operate the new thermostat including all the settings, and when everything was installed Zack went over the furnace itself and showed me where, how and when to replace the filter and how to order them. I couldn't be more pleased with the whole process and Zack, Sam and Dom were great! Highly recommend your company, products & services and especially these three gentlemen!!

NorthStar and their team, Zach, Dom and Sam, did a great job on our project. Replaced a boiler, a water heater and installed a new mini-split system. The work was fast, efficient, and well done. The team was kind, professional and attentive to any questions and concerns. Will definitely use again if needed.

We had issues with our old boiler and Travis and his crew were able to get us taken care of with a new boiler installation very quickly for a great price. They cleaned up well after the installation and Travis gave me a lot of information and answered all of my questions. I had a bid from another competitor and Northstar blew them out of the water for price, and service. The new system is working great, we have even heat and no more issues running out of hot water. So happy I called them.

To make a long story short called several heating places after my old furnace broke down . Northstar was the only company to go out of their way to get someone to me to look at my current system , explain why it needed replacing , and had it replaced that same day ! It was -18 degrees that day ! Special thanks to Travis and the professional install team !

Luke from Northstar services was awesome in helping to solve and fix a water leaking problem on my 4 year old hi-efficiency Amana furnace. This leak has happened twice in 4 years and he called office and warranty company so we could replace what needed to be done instead of another temporary fix. Northstar arrived as scheduled and replaced our furnace, AC, and hot water heater. The employees were respectful of our home and each other. They worked well together and addressed any questions I asked professionally.

After accidentally cracking a thin piece of trim on the inside of our door leading to basement. They installed an upgraded Wi-Fi thermostat (to compensate) and made sure I was aware of the accident.

We did experience one issue the following day with the furnace not staying on. After calling Northstar and explaining the issue, the returned the same day and are currently investigating the issue as a team. Very polite, proficient technicians.

They came out and were able to install central A/C, a new water heater, and ductwork into the newly added addition all in 8 hours! I highly recommend them over all other contractors, especially since half of them in this area don't know how to pick up a phone.
