Very happy with the prompt service and person they sent to my house to repair my furnace. He was very knowledgeable and he had the part needed to fix the problem on his vehicle. It was -20 degrees so I was very worried!! Ive used other heating companies around the area and North Country is by far the most professional. Would highly recommend them to anyone!!

First of all I'm not one to write reveiws but this needs to be told. I hired them on a new house build to do all of the plumbing and hvac and they have delayed the project by 3 full months! When I call to get on the schedule they give you the run around for about 2 weeks then finally schedule you over a month out. Very unacceptable on a project like this. When they do finally come there there from about 10-2 which doesn't get alot done on a day. I'm mostly upset with the owner Bryan as I've left him 6 messages in the past month with his secretary but still no call back. Very unpleasant do deal with. I would strongly recommend going else where. I can't believe there even in business at this point.

They didn’t fix the issue and still charged me $270. My blower motor wasn’t Turing on and they said they found no problem. Not wast your time and money.

Very thorough and fast. Knows what they're doing. Small family operation installed a water heater and furnace in no time. Would recommended. Great work!!

They only work about four hours a day. They lie about everything. There owner won't even call my builder back. Poor quality work.

Just wanted to get a furnace installed that we purchased and they would not install unless it was purchased through them.
