Robin Aire Service Company

Had Robin Aire out to replace my A/C, appointment scheduling was easy, and the salesman was knowledgeable.

Unfortunately the remainder of my experience was subpar, during the install due to cooler temps Robin Aire was not able test my system, understandable due to cooler temps at the time, however, upon firing it up on the first hot day the system did not run correctly so a technician had to come out and get it working properly. Robin Aire was good about getting a tech out quickly and did ensure they were able accommodate my schedule. I was told during the install though that a inspection was not needed from the city and the technicians trusted their work.

Months later I got a call from Robin Aire asking to schedule a inspection, I explained to the representative that the technician said I didn’t need a inspection and she said that I did. Might just have been a misunderstanding but when I asked why I got a call months later to schedule it she mentioned that they were backed up.

I recently had Robin Aire out again for the already paid for furnace maint and the technician was awesome and very knowledgeable on my system.

3/5 stars overall, hoping Robin Aire can make up for the shortfalls experienced so far.

Michael performed a thorough and extensive check of all the components in the furnace, all the while explaining to me what he was doing and the purpose of each test. He was very polite and considerate. It was a pleasure having him in my home.

Wow, these guys knocked it out of the park. I received an email when Denny was on his way. Denny arrived well within the window for arrival time. He was professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He was able to answer all of my questions. He cleaned up after himself. He did all of the little things right. I will for sure use them again! Thank you for a great experience!

They had the best price out there. The equipment installed was a beautiful white color on the outside. Our thermostat is pretty easy to use and read. Took about 6 hours i believe but was worth the wait. They did us right. Thank you guys!!

Great service today for my annual furnace maintenance. I've used Robin Aire in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

I had Dan out to do a tuneup on my air-conditioning units. He went above and beyond. He took it all apart and cleaned everything and made sure every last piece was in good condition and working efficiently! They contacted me the day before to remind me of my appointment and called me with an estimated time of arrival the day of. Very professional!

Our garage was originally wired by an amateur, so Billy came out and rewired it quickly. Now a backyard camera is back up and running finally. Thanks!

Bryan did a very good job trouble shooting the electrical problem with my heat pump. It's was resolved in no time.

My condo's air conditioning stopped working during a record heat wave. I called Robin Aire because of their excellent reviews. They weren't able to get someone out to me for a few days but I was willing to wait. Today, Ian and Dan came out, replaced a blower in my AC unit and it's working beautifully. The price of the part/labor and visit were completely reasonable and they were extremely friendly and fast. Would definitely recommend!
