The Sales Technician Jason was very thorough when explaining the different types of furnace i could choose from. The receptionist was very helpfulful and courteous.
The Young Men that installed my furnace were nice and , respectful. Also they cleaned up afterwards and explained everything that was done.

I used them for inspection cleaning and maintenance in preparation for sale of my home. They were trustworthy, on time, understanding of my situation, prepared the proper inspection paperwork and supplied that to me in timely manner. When they called it was 4am my time but they still performed the work as requested. I was very asleep. I am grateful for their professional services. I would recommend them for sure.

The purchase of the new furnace and A/C was straightforward. The finance option was straightforward. The installation crew arrived on time and worked efficiently to complete the installation by midafternoon. The system has worked well, since it was installed 10 days ago. The one concern I have is that the A/C unit was presented as an 18 SEER unit, but the Energy Guide tag on the compressor unit shows 14.6 SEER. The unit installed appears to be the one quoted on the purchase order, so I do not know why there is a difference between the unit spec sheet and the Energy Guide tag.

We had Chuck and Dion as our repair technicians. The two young gentlemen were courteous, professional, knowledgeable about their work and easy to talk to. Our HVAC units are over 30 years old . Chuck gave us some suggestions and explained the issues to us patiently. Jason the Sales Rep came to see us on the same day and gave us some good recommendations. We have decided to install new units because we trust that they are giving us honest professional suggestions. We will definitely use Robin Aire again for our future HVAC needs.

They were very polite, curteous, cleaned up after done working and did a fantastic job with the furnace/AC installation! Very satisfied. Would highly recommend Robin Aire and especially this particular installation team!

Replaced outdoor lamp post. Service people were on time, very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The job was professionally done to my complete satisfaction and our property was cared for with excellent clean up. Cost of the repair was very fair. I would recommend this company for any service they perform.

They installed a new system for me a couple of months ago and I had a small problem a couple days ago that needed repair. They were at me house within an hour and made the repair quickly. Things happen with mechanical equipment but the important thing is they were there to fix it fast! Great company and people!

Victor the technician did a very thorough job on our furnace. I'm impressed with how meticulated he was. He has an app that's a checklist of all things need to be done, and check off each item when completed. He explained every details on what and why he doing, and as an engineer myself, I appreciated his explanation and clearly he knows what he's doing. I've used Robin aire in the past and always had good impression on their services. Highly recommend them on any HVAC works!

We had issues with one of our new Comfortmaker air conditioners which is still on warranty. The manager was extremely responsive and with the hot and humid weather 3 technicians were here 6:30a.m the next morning. I have been using Robin Aire since we moved into our home and I highly recommend the maintenance service agreement as well as the company. Thank you to all the technicians who helped us the past few days.

Christian was professional, on time, and responsive to all of my
questions. He was always working the entire time that he was
