They performed the annual cleaning and inspection of the furnace. Kevin our technician was prompt, thorough and very professional. Always enjoy using Robin Aire, We highly recommend them . I have referred them to several of my clients and I have never been disappointed in their response to them.

John is one of the most courteous, smart and professional technicians I've ever had in my home. He was careful and thorough in the diagnosis of our 23 year-old furnace, and took so much care to explain, and actually show me the issues with our unit. He was also very careful to close the front door and basement door to keep our cats safe.

We knew we were at the end of the road with our old furnace, and that expensive repairs on a unit of its age would likely be foolish, but having John explain why we were at that point makes it so much easier to proceed with replacing it. We received a quote from Robin Aire last year, and to our surprise, their relationship with the manufacturer this year results in a significantly less expensive cost for a comparable unit. What great news!

My furnace decided to fail on me on Christmas Eve, so I called Robin Aire on Christmas Day to get an appointment - luckily, it wasn't an emergency situation so the repairman didn't come out until Tuesday (which I was more than okay with!), and the young man Austin was early, extremely nice, and showed us exactly what failed and what we may need to do to fix it. Unfortunately, my furnace is very old and the part needed is no longer manufactured so Robin Aire wouldn't have been able to obtain the part to replace, but he showed me what to do to keep my furnace running if the pressure switch failed again. He did repair the switch as much as he could given the circumstances, and I haven't had any issues since! I will absolutely be contacting Robin Aire again, if (heaven forbid), I need further assistance in HVAC maintenance/repair. Thank you all for your hard work, especially Austin!

Technician came out to look at our furnace that was overheating. Found that the filter was clogged. After continuing to diagnose the issues, he could not finish the repair that night and said he could come back with additional help the next day. We were told not to use the furnace, and it was left off. Due to the holiday, we elected to wait till the following week for further repairs. Space heaters were used in the interim.
When we returned home the following week and could not get back on the Robin Aire schedule quickly; we found another company to come out sooner.
Upon their examination of the furnace, he found that the Robin Aire technician did not correctly reinstall the rubber lines for the dual pressure switch. They were twisted, kinked and not fully seated. 30 second repair and it’s running smoothly now.

Ian took care of the service call. A small fuse was immediately diagnosed and replaced. He was professional, thorough, courteous and explained what he did. He made sure everything worked before leaving. The heat and fan are back on and working properly. Excellent work and highly recommended. Thanks!
