Jason, Meng, and Justin did a fantastic job on the installation of our new HVAC system! They were very well thought-out in terms of their decision making for placement of all components. They took pride in their work and made sure everything was not only functional, but also looked great. They were respectful of our home and pleasant to have around for the day. Robin Aire knows how to do things right! We’d never consider another HVAC company!

I scheduled a maintenance check of my furnace. The tech (Victor) arrived a few minutes early and we discussed what he would be doing during his visit. Victor throughly cleaned and checked the furnace as well as servicing the humidifier. He educated me about their maintenance plan and the service charges for his visit. Victor spent twice as much time as any other HVAC tech that I have used in the past. I am quite pleased and will call on Robin Aire for future visits.

Robin Aire's Technician. Lucas, was on time, professional, courteous and knew exactly what he was doing. After Lucas finished cleaning and checking both furnaces, he gave me a quick summary of what he did and the condition of the furnaces. Overall, an excellent experience as is always the case with Robin Aire. And the person I dealt with in the office, Cheryl. was also very pleasant and professional in scheduling the services -- great company!

Robin Aire was an excellent experience from beginning to end. Everyone that came to us was punctual (right at the start of the time window they scheduled... to the minute! I never get that with any service company). They were thorough and made sure to listen to our concerns and gave us quote options. Their work was excellent and they did a phenomenal, clean job. I was extremely satisfied with their service and their employees I met-- all extremely professional and polite. I'll definitely hire them again.

I had my furnace (along with thermostat and humidifier), AC, and water heater replaced. The technician/installers (Jacob, Vince, Kyle) were great, very professional and thorough. They were careful coming in and out, and around the property. The installation was very neat, looks tidy. Since my old water heater was leaking, they even installed a pan under the new water heater. Took the time to explain the features of the new system and set-up the thermostat. Very happy I chose Robin Aire. Will not hesitate to hire them again.
