Couldn’t be happier with the level of service as well as the quality of people they hire. Both service techs spent a long time working on my furnace and most companies would have thrown in the towel. These two professionals made it their goal to solve the problem and both told me they would not leave until it was resolved. Over two days they spent time working on my furnace like it was their own. I was charged less than $200 for the work and it kept me from buying a new furnace. I’m shocked, I thought this kind of service did not happen anymore. Thank you.

So far so good. We had them do preventive maintenance of our furnace, with a plan to have them do the same for our AC unit this spring. They replaced a capacitor and performed a series of tests. I wish that they had left the results of the tests that they performed with us before they left. Otherwise, both techs were professional and seemed competent.

Got installed their top of line the Dave Lennox signature SLP99 most fuel energy efficient furnace. Noticed condensate water leak from inducer motor and furnace is venting nasty unbreathable smell in house. We are not able to sleep inside our home with the brand new lennox furnace running. There is some faulty part leaking burning smell in our ducts. Everyone in the house has dizziness after the new furnace started working. When we go out of house, we feel better. But when we return feels CO poisoning. I would not recommend this company if you love your family.

The smell from ducts of something burning is not going away even after 2 weeks of installation. I paid 10K to get unhealthy smell from new furnace. This company do not want to agree at all that burning smell is coming. This could be fatal to my family health.

Victor was on time for our scheduled appointment for maintenance on our furnace. He was very courteous and respectful. He told my husband exactly what was wrong with the system and how he was going to fix it. He completed the repairs promptly and cleaned the area he was working in.
Job well done.

The installers were professional and careful as they worked in and out of our home installing a new furnace and ac unit on June 7. I would recommend them again to anyone.

I hate to make negative post on our local companies but feel I should. Had them come out because the furnace was not always kicking on right away. Technician said the code showed a bad flame sensor. Replacement cost $380 not including the $90 service call. Then said we basically need a new furnace and scared us about leaking, and breakdowns because no parts are available for out old model. However no evidence found about safety concerns. I had another company come for a 2nd opinion. They said there's no code for a flame sensor so not sure where he came up with that. Said they charge $50 to replace, not $280 but just cleaned the sensor which is usually the problem 99% of the time. Sure enough has been perfect now since. Also tested CO2 in the house and around the furnace, something not done by the guy who said we have a safety hazard. No Co2 detected at all. Also said he had most of the common parts to fix our old furnace in his truck, even though this model is no longer made. I feel like Robin Aire was high pressuring us into a new furnace.

I called to get our winter furnace maintenance completed and was very impressed from the start. Since it wasn't an emergency, my appointment took a few weeks. The day prior to the appointment I rec'd a reminder call and on the morning of the appointment the TECH (Victor) called to let me know he was on the way. Victor was here promptly at the scheduled time and was very courteous and thorough in completing the job.

All the Robin Aire technicians that I worked with were extremely polite and professional. Everyone was punctual pretty much to the minute and completed everything that I needed done and even checked the oil in our outdoor generator. Greg, Jason, and Billy were excellent and I cannot recommend them or Robin Aire more highly.

Our furnace stopped blowing warm air and we actually called another company first to come out and look at it. They diagnosed the problem on a Friday but said they had to order the part which would take until Monday to get there. After not hearing from them, I called to try to get an update and was told they had no control over the delivery and there was nothing they could do. Feeling extremely frustrated, I called Robin Aire and Cheryl in the scheduling department went above and beyond to help me. She figured out with the parts department if the part was in stock, which it was, and they had a runner run the part to the technician so we could have our heat restored that night, which it was. Keith was extremely professional and get everything fixed quickly. I just wish I would have called them first.
