Robin Aire Service Company

We have been using Robin Aire for almost 20 years. Can't say enough good things about them. They are prompt, fair and respectful when at our home. I would recommend them and would also recommend their service contract.

My one and only problem was the price it was very high but the workmanship was like no other the clean up it was like they was never there!

Arrived at 8:00 and promptly got to work installing outlets in our basement and a light fixture in our living room. Couldn't be happier with the service! Efficient, professional, everything exactly as we wanted it!

I have used Robin-Aire since we moved in 5 years ago.. I signed up for regular maintenance and they are excellent. I called with a problem with the a/c and they responded quickly. Brian was professional, on time, and solved the problem. They deserve 5 stars.

The Robin Aire service tech called prior to arriving and was on time. He was friendly, did the usual maintenance service and discussed with my husband a problem he discovered with our air-conditioning system. The option of having him replace the part made more sense than having it suddenly go out on us when it could at any time and then not work. He also shared with us the story of how the RA service people were having a best dog at the job contest. He asked if we minded him using a photo he took of our dog. We were happy he got the shot out by his truck saying that could mean an extra bonus point in the competition because it had Robin Aire's name/logo. We thanked for the work he had finished wished him good luck!

I cannot recommend RobinAire enough. I had a new central air and furnace installed earlier in the year and I was so impressed by they're customer service, professionalism and knowledge that I knew when I decided to have a whole house generator installed that I would only consider RobinAire again. The technicians were friendly, timely, professional and very knowledgeable. They kept me advised throughout the process. They a a wonderful company to do business with.

The guy was very nice, removed the rod from the heater but had to have him come back, I'm still getting air in the lines, a problem I did not have before. the service guiy checked the lines and said he could not find the problem and that sometimes happens and happens at his house. I can't understand why I still have that problem with the hot water.

Okay, Brian came and checked everything out, could not find the reason but explained the possibilities. I sure appreciated the time he spent and will check out the filter system. Thank you for your response

We had to buy a new ac unit. I could not possibly give a higher rating. Punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful…gave us choices and exceeded our expectations. Grateful for Robin air and actually all their crew that service and sold and installed.,heater, ac and generator.
