During our annual furnace tune-up, Riley determined that the Flame Sensor was in need of replacement. Part ordered and installed in a timely fashion. Riley exceeded my expectations!!

ROHCE installed a new 26AMP Generac generator and installed my 100AMP circuit into my garage for my EVSE for my new Cadillac LYRIQ. Gage and Mike were great to work with and were very professional in every aspect of our installation.

pre season inspection, service was great, tech was great, one issue though, as part of the cost for the pre-season check I had been charged for a humidifier, which I don't have. Brandon and I agreed that he could drop off 4 of the furnace filters as an exchange. (Filter was not changed, didn't have that size on his truck) He was going to leave them on my porch, but they haven't arrived yet.

I needed a maintenance check on my furnace and water heater and Royal Heating and Cooling were able to get out to me next day. On time and very efficient service. Will definitely use them again in the future.

The technician was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and helpful. He called prior to his arrival to let me know he was on his way and arrived promptly. He was thorough in his explanation of my options in servicing of my a/c unit. The company offers a reasonably priced maintenance plan, which saved me some money and I can count on them following through with their service. The technician, Richard, did a great job of replacing the transformer which shorted out following the recent storm. He then performed the annual furnace maintenance and made sure everything was working properly. He was professional, engaging, and knowledgeable, and promptly took care of the requested work and clean-up. We will call on Royal Oak Heating, Cooling & Electrical again and highly recommend their service.

Brendan came out to my parents’ condo for a furnace tune-up. He did a carbon monoxide test and discovered a leak. He explained the whole process and did a second test to confirm his findings. At first, I was upset and in disbelief, then I quickly realized what a life-saving measure this was. We greatly appreciate Brendan and Royal Oak Heating and Cooling for calling our attention to this serious matter. We will always be grateful to Brendan for his patience, thoroughness and professionalism.

My husband and I love Royal Oak Heating and Cooling and would highly recommend them to our friends and family. Every encounter that we have had, starting with a repair, then an estimate, to installation, has been a pleasure. Thank you to Heather, Kyle, Josh, Nathan, for being so nice and professional. We now have a new A/C unit, new thermostat the we love, and new furnace. I don't want to leave out the electricians that came out as well. Please forgive me, I don't remember your names. The team that came out did an outstanding install, and took the time to walk me through what they did and the differences between my old furnace and the new one. I would recommend them! The electrical team installing a generator interlock, upgraded my panel, and added an outdoor outlet. All the work was done very well and has a professional appearance. All of my questions were answered about using the interlock, and they walked both my wife and I through how it works. I am very happy with the work that was done!

Riley was on-time, knowledgable and friendly. He walked me through the general use of our boiler heating system and explained how it worked and what to look out for. Also informed me about more services that Royal Oak Heating and Cooling could help me with as we are new owners in this house.
