We just had a new AC system installed by Adrian and Fidel, and they were wonderful! They were friendly and professional, did their work with just one break for lunch, and even cleaned up after themselves! They made a hot day much more enjoyable. Adrian also followed up to make sure everything was working well--very great guy!

A shout-out to Matt for 4 years of annual maintenance, fixing our thermostat fast, his assessment of our dead system, and his advice regarding a good maintenance schedule with his knowledge of the company program. And to Gume, who did the quote with kindness and professionalism.

Best of all, they all were great with the dog, who treated them like new best friends. Our experience with R&R has been very positive and they will continue to be our maintenance team in the future.

I had my air quit and was told that I had to replace it. I was getting quotes all over town when I was referred to this company. When Mike came to the house and looked at another companies order, he knew it could be fixed. 2 hours later, my air is back on and I didn’t have to replace my A/C, saving me a good chuck of change.
