Riley's service was great, arrived early explained what he was doing to correct the problem with my A/C and I had my air back up and running in less than an hour. Great Job!

Brendan did a great job with the inspection and cleaning of my furnace and whole house humidifier. He was able to answer a couple questions I had and explained things easily. He worked quickly and efficiently and was on-time as well. Great experience!

I worked here for a while trying to gain experience but already being aware of some of the things going on women in the office are very unprofessional bill would not show me anything the guys are a joke and need to grow up nobody would take me with them to show me anything terrible by the way and also the lady had me sitting upstairs doing inventory or numbers because the entire staff is scared a particular African American trying to learn a simple skill and (this is America I don’t know how they make it great ) just the company in felt like I could have been a great fit if the staff was a bit more professional instead of being ignorant but never would I recommend them after seeing bill work an air handler putting screws anywhere and just a terrible work ethic .

Riley the tech was very good. Explained the problem and fixed it correctly. I called them at 8am and they were at my door at 8:45am the same day.

Brand new generator reached 25 hour run time for first oil change in the middle of a power outage/ice storm. ROHAC came out and serviced the unit the same afternoon as called. Perfect!

We've had a great experience with Royal Oak Heating, Cooling & Electrical. We needed service to our furnace and I was able to get an appointment easily and quickly. Our technician called prior to the appointment and showed up early. He figured out the issue, explained it to me, and resolved it. I appreciated that he wore booties over his shoes (not everyone does that) and he made the process super easy. We will use them again in the future for sure.
