The man sent to our home was very professional. He did an excellent job on maintenance and replacing important parts. We always have had excellent service from Royal Oak Heating &Cooling for over 30 years.

We have been a long standing customer of over 25 years and have always had great service. The technicians are always knowledgeable, friendly, & professional. We always get our furnace checked & routine maintenance every year, plus have had boiler repairs on another property. Brendan was our recent technician and he met the same excellent customer service we have had in the past.

He was right on time. He was so kind, considerate, polite and caring. He took pride in his work and did an excellent job. I'm sure he's an A-1 employee! Royal Oak Heating installed a power vent water heater. As been our experience in the past, the crew was prompt, very professional and polite. Their service and follow-up exceeded our expectations.

Generator Installation-Russell and his team were magnificent! Extremely professional and knowledgeable. This install began with a quote/consultation with Mike, the master electrician. He recommended the equipment needed based on what I wanted to accomplish and did not try to oversell me. He shared his electrical knowledge and ensured my understanding. Russell and his install team took time to thoroughly do the job and he also spent time reviewing the work after completion. Also educated me on the generator’s functions and ensured the app was loaded on my phone and working. Definitely recommend RO Heating & Cooling for generator installation. Crew cleaned up and wore shoe covers where needed in the house. Extremely polite and personable.

They installed two new dedicated outlets and ten overhead light fixtures. The work was done to my satisfaction. They used good quality fixtures. The electricians were professional and they left the workspace nice and clean. We also use them for our annual heating a cooling system maintenance. They do a good job at keeping everything running smoothly.

Royal Oak installed a GENERAC home Generator. Fantastic company to work with! Fair and competitive pricing. They truly care for their costumers, and they are very responsible. The Quality of workmanship was amazing, which totally exceeded my expectations. The installers not only installed a "state of the art" Generator, but left the place immaculate. From the quote to install everyone has been very professional and communication was perfect. They showed up when they said and called ahead to let me know they were on the way. Russell did a great job and everything looks clean and professionally done. He was very polite and took his time to make sure I was happy.

WOW! Got final approval this week from the Township Building Inspectors on all of the Royal Oak heating and cooling equipment installations. 100% approvals without a single discrepancy. I have to tell you that the team of Rich and Tom who did all of the work were Top Notch Professionals. They did an excellent job, showing up on time each day, quick and efficient, never stopped for breaks or lunch and cleaned up the entire area cleaner than it was when they started.
