    Thank you Royal Oak Heating and Cooling! I have been working with ROHC for years and they always deliver a high quality product/services. Bill is an absolute wizard on assembling a steam boiler.. Really amazing to see him piece the thing together. All of the crew here on the install were first class and I would recommend ROHC to friends and family.

    Overall had a great experience with Royal Oak Heating, Cooling & Electrical. Went into the store one day a few weeks ago and spoke with the manager Jim and explained to him the problem I have been having with my furnace the last several years. After hearing my troubles he had some ideas right away and he seemed very confident and knowledgeable so I scheduled a service call on the spot. The girls in the office were great too in helping to get on the schedule. The day of the service call Zach came out to the house and listened to the issue I was having and went right to work. He was quickly able to identify the issue and make adjustments. He also caught a few other items that needed attention. He was very thorough in his work but also with his explanation to me so I had a better understanding of what he was fixing and what to look out for in the future. He never seemed rushed and took time to answer my additional questions. Their rates were very reasonable as well. I had a very positive experience with Royal Oak Heating, Cooling & Electrical and will definitely use them again in the future and would also highly recommend them to others!

    Royal Oak Heating Cooling and Electrical has been a great experience so far. I've had one tech mostly for the repairs of my older system and I've always been satisfied with the honesty and quality of work.

    Fast forward to 2022, a brand new AC and furnace install, I meet two new gentlemen that have also proven themselves great as well. I'm happy I stick with them because there is no hassle, I choose what I want to be done, and they'll help you however they can.

    We had Jake perform our boiler/radiator system annual maintenance. He was much more thorough than any previous service company. If he was my employee, I'd give him a raise.

    They were able to send a technician the same day I called which was amazing. Jake was able to fix our AC within two hours. He had all the tools on his van. He was fast, professional. Will use again if ever needed!

    Overall the experience was good. Salesman (Nathan) was very helpful and accommodating. Heather at the office was very helpful and responsive.. Technicians weren’t the most friendly guys but worked hard. They made a small mistake that was quickly corrected the next day. That technician (Riley) was very friendly and thorough.
    I am amending my review. It has been five days since installation and today we had to have an emergency service visit. The entire line is frozen over from the unit outside to the unit inside. Jake was here and very helpful but wasn’t able to fix it because it is frozen solid and needs to thaw. He said he may be able to come back tomorrow or it will be Tuesday. We told him “wrong answer Jake”. This needs to be fixed on Sunday and whoever screwed this up needs to be held accountable. We will be talking to Scott the owner and this company will not only make this right but they will be taking money off of our bill. Very disappointed today!
