They were very professional and knowledgeable. They were also very quick. They installed a plug so I can install an above range microwave. If I hear of anyone having electrical issues, I will be telling them to call Hoover.

This was a mystery. No water was coming into the house. The water department had no repairs or shut offs in the area. Dustin Symons explored possibilities, applied a shut off valve for a water filtering system, and water began to flow. Excellent job, precise description of work done, and very considerate. I would recommend Dustin without hesitation.

Was very professional and courteous, and offered me a few options for maintaining on my air condition unit and furnace as well as a few much needed upgrade suggestions to help prolong the AC units working life.

He did give me a great price to have the house heating and cooling duct cleaned, but ay this present time I’m unable to do that and plan to have it done within the coming year.

When they schedule you for service, they don't specify times, which is weird.

On my scheduled day of service, I got a call at noon and had to reschedule for another week out. So that was cool.

David Burnham came over with his apprentice to put in a outlet approximately 7 feet from an existing outlet.

It's funny because they don't do itemized receipts, so I can't see exactly where my $1,037.50 went to. Considering it took them less then 3 hours to "complete" the job, I would say that's just insulting. Shame on this company for charging that much, and no means of justification for that kind of price. I mean that's taking advantage of customers right there. How can any self respecting business owner feel good about that?

Anyways, they left a huge mess. After they took out the drywall, I was left to patch it up, spackle it, and sand it myself. All the drywall they took out was completely unusable. I had to buy new wall at Home Depot. So that was cool.

The biggest problem was they gouged floor. Pretty badly.

There was also styrofoam in the electrical outlet they put in. Maybe a fire hazard, idk. Prolly shouldent be in there, idk.

They also installed an outlet other then what was discussed.

I first reached out to customer service and explained my concerns, but the female took it way to personal, got very offended and was arguing with me.

I then reached out to manager Matt Hedges about my concerns. Sent him pics and videos of it all. He was pretty quick to dismiss everything.

Overall extremely disappointed in every aspect of this project. Would not recommend doing business here.

Mike was wonderful. Very professional but personable. Explained everything he was finding and looking for. Also gave me a very detailed explanation of what to expect and what to watch. Extremely transparent and trustworthy
