I've used this company twice and both times have not been disappointed with how quickly they were able to come out and take care of my issues, as well as their professionalism and the quality of work. AJ was fantastic. He was thorough and super friendly, extremely knowledgeable and willing to listen. I learned a lot while he was replacing my water heater and broken toilet. He tested my water, found it was high in chlorine and told me ways to counteract that in my home. I would definitely recommend this company and AJ. He went above and beyond with excellent service. Thank you!

I had a drain clog and found this company. I had gone days without being able to shower and home or use the restroom.

I scheduled my appointment with Hoover and took the day off and received a call from them canceling my appointment because my tech “called off sick”. That was disappointing as they were only able to schedule me out a few days more. That was a terrible inconvenience but, I opted to stick with them because of the reviews and pricing.

My tech came his name was Kyle and he was professional, courteous, and just an all around cool guy. I enjoyed having conversation with him while he unclogged my drain. I give 5 stars even though I waited longer than I expected.

I was told that for nearly $5k they could build an outside access point and clear the roots in my drain. Not sure if that’s something I’m willing to invest he however. In this economy $5k for a drain seems insane.

Update: About 10 days later and the entire house is backed up again! I noticed signs only 2 days later! Unfortunately, the unclog didn’t work. I saw the camera and didn’t see any reason why this would be an issue, I believe the tech just wasn’t thorough enough the moment he saw water come down he pulled the machine and left. I believe they should run the machine a couple times to ensure that it’s clear.

Amazing service from the initial contact to completion of the service call. I work for a would-be competitor but live just outside the service area, coming from someone inside the trade, Hoover has exceeded all of my expectations. Thank you!

Was able to get a same day appointment! Trevor fixed my clogged sink and gave me some preventative maintenance tips. He informed me of all the other services offered, one which I brought! Looking forward to Hover coming to do some electrical work for me.

We always call Hoover when we have an issue at home. Jared figured out the problem within a couple minutes and within 30 minutes we had our power restored. He was friendly; and didn’t mind my toddlers following him around!

After calling another electrician company who told us our job would be very complicated, we called Hoover. Shane arrived, and tested a wire that was under our deck. He explained it was a simple task and removed the wire for us. Also we had a hanging cable wire, and he secured it to the house, which was done complimentary. We highly recommend Hoover and Shane.

We've had a couple jobs done by these guys now - tankless water heater installation and running a new bathroom vent up through our attic. In both cases had very friendly, professional workers come out to do the work promptly and well. Also appreciate their transparent pricing.
