Hoover, (and Mike Briggs) did not disappoint one bit. They were professional, punctual, pleasant, and patient with all of my questions. They educated me thoroughly on my new system, including the new programmable thermostat. Mike explained everything they did and then after a full day, cleaned up everything. I know I made the right choice.
