Great staff. Technicians have no problem showing and explaining issues and helping you understand what has to be done. And they did excellent work! I recommend Hoover!

We have been using Hoover for 3 years now. Today we had an emergency as we were renovating our kitchen and exposed a slow leak in an old pipe. Eddie came out and capped the leak for us so he could come back once our cabinets were installed, and he noticed that we had a gap between vent pipes that he fixed as well. Never have I had a single issue with our service at Hoover and we will continue to be customers. Really thankful for all of the work they do.

They were quick and got my job done on the same day. They have now done several jobs for me and I have been more than happy every time— usually they have appointment times available next day as well

Matt from Hoover was very quick to assess and analyze what was needed. Turns out what home depot associate told me was completely incorrect "shocker" - very comforting to get an expert's opinion regardless. A bit pricey for the inspection but the service provided was much more fair.

I am using Hoover to repair and replace the plumbing and Electrical outlets in the laundry room. Anthony was very informative. Even though he wasn't able to do the work today, he helped me along what I needed to do first before he came out. Because of his knowledge, he will be coming out the next day to finish the job. Recommend

On time. Explained price, and why the cost. Tried to clear the drain with a router, to much damage. Replaced 15 feet of damaged pipe in the basement in half a day, and cleaned up. Great job.

Hoover has been great. The ice storm knocked down my service line to my house and they came out same day to fix it and gave a very fair price.

This is an amazing company and every person who has done work for me has been very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly! Highly recommend!!

John is an excellent technician. He took the time to explain the heating and cooling systems while performing the maintenance.
Took extreme care with the air conditioner and furnace.
