Service Technicians Garon and Mike were extremely friendly polite and knowledgeable. They completed their work in a timely manner, gave suggestions, but didn't force or attempt an oversell. The team was neat and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend Hoover and the team they sent out!

Our service technician Randolph was very polite knowledgeable and helpful. The only bad thing I can say about the company is that when I scheduled them to come out to my home for an estimate I was told the technician would have a loaded truck and do the job right then and there if we decide to go with them that was not the case now I have to wait another week for them to come out and do the job

Graham was very friendly, quick service. Even used our garden hose to clean off the ac unit.
