Zach was an exceptional professional. He needed to replace a valve under the kitchen sink. He clearly knew what he was doing, and explained it all to me. He worked with my building maintenance person to empty the pipes so he could do the work. He really went above and beyond. Zach was also personable, polite and a good representative for Hoover. I would also like to acknowledge Ezekial who was tremendously helpful in setting up my appointment. I will feel confident calling on Hoover for any plumbing, electrical, etc. needs l have in the future.

Hoover upgraded/replaced some outdated/failing electrical components in my house. They made everything incredibly simple. The staff is exceptionally professional and transparent about everything. I was very impressed with their work. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Wesley was very professional. Super patient with my dog and my distractions. He got me all fixed up quickly. However…the prices were higher than I expected. Great quality. Absolutely no complaints. But it saddens me to think that I might not be able to afford them for future products. He did give me estimates for other ticking time bombs in my house. And that was much appreciated.

They were able to come out to look at the issue much sooner than I anticipated. Bob is super friendly and knowledgeable. I feel great trusting the job he did.

My experience with Hoover was top notch. I discovered I had serious sewage leaks in my crawl space and wanted to make sure I hired the right company. The time from our original consult to the day the work was finished was less than a week. They were professional, courteous and efficient. I know it couldn't have been a pleasant job and I'm extremely grateful they offered to help. Also, a special shout-out to Garon who instantly made me feel comfortable and confident in their services. He was very patient and answered all my questions in a thorough and informative manner. Here's the best part: they offer financing. For most people, plumbing issues are unexpected and it can be difficult to deal with the associated costs; they're one of the only companies in the area that offers financing and because of that, I was able to make the repairs. I can't thank them enough.

Mike and his coworker arrived at the scheduled time. They took the time to listen to what I had to say. Mike was very detailed in explaining what they were doing and why. Bob was in and out of the house within a half hour! He was efficient, professional and kept me updated as he was fixing our toilet. He even fixed a minor inconvenience we had before the cogging issue. Wonderful experience! Highly recommend!!
