They come to diagnose the AC, found the issue and were professional about it! The AC needs refrigerant - they were trying to charge me $90 per lb when other companies are doing that for $30 HOW DO YOU JUSTIFY THAT !!! That's the reason I gave them 1 star otherwise they would have gotten 4 stars ! Not a company that I recommend if you don't know about AC systems- they will probably take advantage of your misery !

I have used and referred Expert over 10 times. I have worked with contractors for over 30 years, these guys are the best.

The technician was on time, and diagnosed and unclogged my AC drain line. Be forewarned, however, that while the technician put on booties, he did not wear a protective mask in my home. For this reason, I will not use this company again.

Company was fast, reliable and trustworthy. This company knows what they're doing and they do it really well. I was astounded by the professionalism and care they took while at my home.

Schedule a appointment on Wednesday Nov 15 For an estimate around 1230. No one showed up. Call to see is if someone was going to show up. And the lady said Bill had already showed up. Now I have to wait until Friday for bill.....not happy
