AC unit stopped blowing out air on Sunday, called Monday to schedule and was able to get someone to check it out on Tuesday morning. Technician was able to find a new control board and replace it on the same day. Awesome service!

Everyone from the service tech ( David) to sales person ( Nick) to the installers ( Tom and Danny) were excellent. We knew our furnace was on it's last legs so when David confirmed it we got the sales person out the next day and scheduled the install for the following week. BUT... it didn't last that long so Tom and Danny showed up on a Saturday and did a basic install so we had heat and returned on Monday to finish the job. I am impressed with how friendly and professional everyone is. We had Expert Heating install the last furnace we had 20 years ago and will use them again in another 20+ years. Thank you

What an amazing job this company did when it transformed a100 year old building with no AC and boiler heat and now we have temperature control wonderful AC throughout a 2nd floor loft apartment in downtown. They were very professional, cleaned up when they they were done. Worked to install our air conditioning unit even in the poorng rain.

When my AC stopped working at 7:30 pm tonight I anticipated waiting several days for a repair. To my amazement Expert Heating an Cooling scheduled a same day repair, even at 7pm at night!! Frank the service tech arrived within an hour. He expertly diagnosed and replaced the faulty AC capacitor, and then tested the cooling operations for both my AC and furnance. Frank you are awesome! We chose Expert Heating & Cooling when we had to replace the HVAC system at our house. Every employee we interacted with along the way was knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with. The quality of their work was exceptional and the customer service has been better than any service company we've worked with at our house. When our HVAC system was damaged from the flooding in June, Expert was quick to respond and help us. They really made us feel like they were looking out for us as customers. I would recommend them in a heartbeat for anyone looking to replace or service their HVAC system.

From start to finish, I liked these guys. Nick knew what he was talking about. He had answers, to my questions, and concerns. The install team, did an awesome job. The old equipment was disconnected, and removed. Quicker, than my second cup of coffee. The guys, explained to me, their attack plan, and stuck to it. I would highly recommend, Expert to anyone. My father in-law, recommended them to me. The total install, looks better than before they arrived in my driveway. I didn't even have anything to clean up.

Their knowledgeable staff came to my home and informed me of my options for a new energy efficient furnace and air conditioner. Expert Heating and Cooling is the BEST! I wouldn't trust anyone else. The first heated weekend of 2017, I turned my air on, and nothing worked! I am a first time home owner and I knew my furnace and Central Air was 20 years old. I was just hoping they would last me a bit longer. Unfortunately the air didn't...After getting my units inspected by Dieter, and speaking to Alyssa and Bill (all Expert employees), I made the decision to go forward getting a new Air AND furnace unit (since they were the same year installed in 1997)! They both walked me through everything step by step so I understood. They even got me started on a Michigan Saves loan, and helping with any rebates that may be available so I could save. Once everything was set, it was less than a week before Christian and Tim, the install guys, came out. It was a 2 day job, and they were extremely thorough! I was very happy with the process and end result. After everything was done, Dieter came back out to jump start the air unit, and was a pleasure. The whole team at Expert Heating is great. I highly suggest this trust worthy, family owned, business.
