I have used Expert’s on-call 3 times now at different residences. Each time, I was able to have someone at my house in less than 5 hours, and each time, they were able to resolve the issue in under 30 minutes. Their President and founder, Mark Angellotti, is not only a great business owner, but an avid contributor to local charity. I highly advise using expert for all your hvac needs!

Positive aspect: Service man was on time
Negative aspect: Admittedly the furnace is not easily accessible however when he refused to even attempt to access the service panel and then only wanted to sell me a service contract I was shocked and as you can imagine very disappointed that I wasted $89 dollars on a service call. Do not recommend this company.

Only positive about then was that the guy showed up in time. didn’t really have a good explanation for anything and the worst part is that he promised to email me back regard information on a unit and cost for installation etc. (Salesman name: Bill Patrick) and never emailed or called me back. No worries though I called Reckingers as I remember they did my parents house a few years back. And I’ll be having it installed this Saturday!!

I suggest you use another company. Called them for maintenance on furnace. Replaced 2 parts. I called back due to noise problem. They said it wasn't their fault and I'd need a new furnance syarting at 12k. Finally got someone who knew was he was doing. Expert responsible for damage. Tried to talk to owner and was very defensive. Could have said sorry! $300 or $12k, u decide!

Had my AC go out the Sunday before Memorial Day. Mine was a few days out of warranty and it was hot in my house! They came out within the hour and replaced the broken part without billing me (like it was still in warranty). Best service I have ever received! Thanks again!!!

Scheduled a basic cleaning of our perfectly working furnace.
1) Fat fingered our thermostat & got the button stuck.
2) Tried to sell me a CO detector walking down the basement.
3) Didn't like my washable filter & tried to sell theirs.
4) Using a fancy camera, showed me a blurry smudge on a screen & said the heat exchanger is cracked.
5) Spent 10 minutes in his truck getting to get a CO detector to scare me, alas, it showed 0.000 ppm.
6) Hoisted himself up by grabbing on to the gas main.
7) Had to call the boss to get him out of here.
8) He poked open the primary heat vent on top of the furnace to stick his CO probe & never closed it. Our furnace has been running much longer while our washer & dryer are staying nice & toasty!
9) If you want a bumbling idiot looking to rob you blind, this is your company!!

Expert Heat & Cool replaced my Furnace and AC unit in Oct 2016, The 2 men did a very professional job down to the smallest detail , had our new furnace running the first day finished the AC and completed the work that included improving the duct work airflow in 2 days, The salesman was very knowledgeable and polite. First class all the way.

After 20 years of service, our A/C unit died.
We contacted Expert for new A/C unit. I'm not one to put in new stuff into old stuff, so I ask their saleman, William Patrick for a cost estimate for new heating cooling unit.
After a thoughtful review / assessment of our needs, he came up with a heating / cooling upgrade we could agree with. He need not sell us the most expensive system. We did however get an A/C upgrade to a 3 ton unit, with 4 ton blower. Old unit was 2.5 ton unit, too small to cool our 2 story, 1700 sq.ft. Home.
Furnace upgrade as well, 2 stage, with thermostat upgrade. William informed us of DTE rebate,expert's discounts, We saved $ 100.00' s of dollars. As well as FREE 1 year mantance program, ( more savings).
Install date as promised, arrived at house by 9 30 , very warm that day (93*), Tom and his coworker Milan , informed us we would have A/C before they left for the day. They delivered on their promise! They returned the next day to complete install. ( 2 day job)
Now heres the kicker, I had just purchased new air / humidifier filters( for replaced unit.)Air filter did fit new furnace, Tom made special trip back to leave me a second air filter to replace current filter @scheduled mantance time. Because my "old" filter was a month old, how awesome is that?!
Can't say enough good things about this experience. Thank you Expert Heating/ Cooling.
