Had them come out to look at a furnace that quit working. Somehow they got it to run again but didn't tell us what was wrong. Then a few days later it quit again and they refused to come look at it unless we paid them another $89 service fee. This company is complete garbage!!

Outstanding service and HONEST. Had another company tell me that I needed a brand new AC unit. Not Expert Heating and Cooling. All I really needed was a condenser fan motor. And prompt service too!

I called and scheduled an appt. on Monday.They had a previous owners name in the system and scheduler indicated she would change it to our name. They scheduled me for today between 12 and 5 pm and said a tech would call me prior to showing up. I took off work and waited. I called about 1:30 and spoke with Rachel in the office who said- well our afternoons schedule is between 12 and 5 pm. Still not contact. So I called back at 4:55 and said-no one has called or shown up. What is going on. Then she proceeds to tell me they still are showing it as old
owner's name, then said- Oh, your not in our schedule today, it is logged in as "unassigned" . I said what do you mean. She states well, its not assigned and on hold for call back or blah blah. So I said you know what forget it- I see how unorganized you are- and now you cost me a half a day off work. too. She acted like it was my fault and was rude. WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!
