Expert Heating & Cooling

Had them come out to look at a furnace that quit working. Somehow they got it to run again but didn't tell us what was wrong. Then a few days later it quit again and they refused to come look at it unless we paid them another $89 service fee. This company is complete garbage!!

Outstanding service and HONEST. Had another company tell me that I needed a brand new AC unit. Not Expert Heating and Cooling. All I really needed was a condenser fan motor. And prompt service too!

I work in the HVAC business as an engineer, so when I look at a job, I know if it was done well or not. I had Expert over to install a new furnace and case coil. The work they did exceeded my expectations, they absolutely hit it out of the park! I'd recommend them to anyone.

Great communication from start to finish, I felt like a valued customer. Installers were friendly and knowledgeable, no corners were cut. I could not be happier with my new A/C.

My tech David B was right on time. He even called saying he was on the way. The tech clearly explained everything and was very efficient. Very pleased with the service I received. Will definitely do business with again.

Company is terrible! Terrible product and worse warranty work

Extremely satisfied with the service Expert provided. From the initial service person, to the office staff, to the installers all were very professional an willing to help. Not to mention very prompt at arriving on time for schedule appointments.

Our company has worked with Expert Heating and Cooling for several years. They are extremely reliable and always always have the most pleasant employees here to help out. Never have we had a complaint and we will continue to work with Expert in the future.

I called and scheduled an appt. on Monday.They had a previous owners name in the system and scheduler indicated she would change it to our name. They scheduled me for today between 12 and 5 pm and said a tech would call me prior to showing up. I took off work and waited. I called about 1:30 and spoke with Rachel in the office who said- well our afternoons schedule is between 12 and 5 pm. Still not contact. So I called back at 4:55 and said-no one has called or shown up. What is going on. Then she proceeds to tell me they still are showing it as old
owner's name, then said- Oh, your not in our schedule today, it is logged in as "unassigned" . I said what do you mean. She states well, its not assigned and on hold for call back or blah blah. So I said you know what forget it- I see how unorganized you are- and now you cost me a half a day off work. too. She acted like it was my fault and was rude. WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!
