Expert Heating & Cooling

It was a very hot, humid week and our central air wasn't working and needed replacing. We had purchased from "Expert" before so I called them and Bill Patrick was dispatched. Bill (a very down to earth no nonsense professional sales rep. and former tech) not only lined us up for a brand new state of the art "Carrier" high efficiency central air unit, he also fixed our old dilapidated unit so we could be cool until our new unit could be installed! What a multi talented guy! Everyone at Expert Heating and Cooling is friendly, courteous and work with professionalism as their primary work ethic. This is why we've been customers for almost two decades. Thank you Bill, thank you Rachel and thank you "Expert " !! 😎

Jake and Danny were the best. Hard working, very nice and polite, awesome with family and animals, and the job was done quickly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The only thing is now is that my dog's going to miss them.

I've used many different HVAC companies in the past. My service technician was Ryan. Very kind and courteous young man. Unfortunately during his repair realize he ran out of refrigerant. It was already 8 at night. He did not have any more on his truck. But he knew he had some at home so he drove to his house and got some refrigerant. He ended up finishing the job at 10:30 at night. I would highly recommend expert Heating and Cooling. Make sure you ask for your technician to be Ryan.

My humidifier was not working recently, so I had Expert come out and do a Clean and Check on the furnace, and ultimately a humidifier replacement. David was on time as promised, and communicated the issue and repair very effectively. I felt comfortable that the work being done was being done at a fair cost by a skilled technician. I am overall very satisfied with the service I received from Expert and would recommend them to any of my family and friends who are in need of HVAC service.

I was in need of a new air conditioner. I called 4 companies to get their estimates, some were on different brands. The first was a knowledgeable young man who offered a Lennox. They didn’t have a lot of the features I wanted in stock and he was trying to substitute with others that they had in stock. Then the second young man came over, and within 15 minutes we knew NICK WALTERS was the man we wanted!!!!! He was so knowledgeable, humble, kind and such a great teacher!!! He walked us step by step through every detail. He was such an impressive young man we decided to buy a heater and air conditioner from him. After he left, I immediately called and canceled my last 2 appointments for estimates. NICK WALTERS and EXPERT HEATING AND COOLING have my complete trust. NICK, you could have sold us the Brooklyn Bridge, Lol!

I've used Expert Heating & Cooling for years at my home and office. Their customer service and technicians have been top notch to work with. . Whether it's been to repair a gas leak, HVAC repair, or installing ducts and vents into a new build out they have been reliable, responsible, and fast to have someone out to get the job done.

After the experience we had with another company that installed our AC incorrectly, they came over to help. They were professional and courteous and whatever issues we had and addressed, they were able to come over and get the job done. After they installed the unit they even called us to make sure it was working and to let us know of any issues to call. Very friendly and got the job done RIGHT! Highly recommend!

Dieter was the installer,he did a fantastic job replacing our heat exchanger, he was very professional, clean everything up before he left.I would definitely recommend Expert heating and cooling. Also signed up for the maintenance program from now on they will be the only maintaining our furnace and air conditioning.

Expert Heating & Cooling are FANTASTIC! I needed a Furnace Certification to sell my home, and Expert came out within two days to do the inspection. As it turned out, the furnace was not working and needed service. It’s an older unit and needed the knowledge and experience of a veteran consultant to take care of it. Bill P came out and went the extra mile to get us up and running! Everyone I worked with at Expert was very helpful, professional, knowledgeable, caring and on time! Expert Heating & Cooling will be my first call the next time I need service or replacement of my HVAC units. I am recommending Expert to anyone I know that needs HVAC services!

Fantastic company. Our furnace went out at 10am in 23 degree weather. Service arrived before noon and our new motor was ordered and installed within 24 hours. Amazing service and great technicians! Thank you to all at Expert Heating and Cooling!
