I called Dean Butler for my sister. Her furnace wasn’t working at all. He repaired wiring, new thermostat and fixed the very old heating blower. He very prompt, knew exactly what to do to fix her furnace. Pricing was very fair for all his hard work.
Also, Dean repaired my air conditioning that had multiple problems. He rewired my electrical box, replaced the thermostat. There were multiple problems going on. Dean knew exactly what to do, and fixed it without hesitation. The price was very reasonable and unexpected low cost. I highly recommend Dean for any repairs that you might need for your air conditioning and heating system.

Dean was great. Rushed right out when we called about our furnace not working. Ended up setting up a water heater replacment with them too. Everything works great now. Dean was super friendly with my dogs which they loved. Highly recommend this place!
