Butler Heating and Air Conditioning

Our water heater went out the evening of the 22nd of December. I tried to do some research on my own to figure out the issue, but wasn't coming up with anything. I called Dean and told him what was going on with it. He informed me that due to the age of my current unit and what I was describing to him that it would be more beneficial to replace rather than repair. When I asked him when he thought he might be able to do it, I was shocked when he told me "tomorrow morning". The next morning Dean drove from Lansing to Grand Rapids on pretty terrible road conditions to pick up our new water heater. When he got there he found out his supplier was closed. Dean then did some calling around and found us a new water heater elsewhere and proceeded to get it installed for us to make sure we had hot water for the holidays. He could have easily put this whole thing off a couple days, when the roads were better, when his normal supplier was back open, or just after taking a few days off for Christmas. He didn't. He got it done for us in extremely timely manner and at a great price. We will definitely be recommending Butler Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone and will continue to use them in the future.

I dont usually write reviews but have to say Dean at Butler is top notch. My husband and I cannot say enough about this company. He beat two other competitors by thousands, he upgraded us, listened to our needs and wants, and provided every single bit of it at a remarkable value. His communication, professionalism, quality, dedication, and knowledge is like no other. Thanks for your quality work, Dean!

I called 2 times, early in a.m., but didn't leave message. I received a call and owner stated he was sorry he missed my call. That is exceptional customer service. They squeezed us in same day for repair. When arriving in early evening was still very pleasant. I would recommed Butler to anyone needing service, repair or replacement!

Our furnace stopped working on Christmas Eve. Dean was able to stop by that day and bypass our broken part to ensure we had heat for Christmas. He was friendly, thorough, and went above and beyond to help us! A few days later he was back in here to replace our furnace (the broken part is no longer available and we ended up needing a new unit.) He fit us in an quickly as he could, set us up, and explained the unit to us. He did it all while smiling, laughing, and joking with us. His personality was as great as his work and we will call him again for any issue! Thank you Dean!

I have not come across 2 better people than Dean and Tanner with Butler Heating and Air Conditioning. They both went above and beyond, and I will forever be grateful. I am not surprised to see a 5-star rating for this HVAC company (which is why I contacted them over others). They truly care for their clients, were very responsive and communicated everything. They are definitely my go to for all my HVAC needs!

I called this company to try and schedule maintenance for my HVAC system. Over the last week it developed a noise and I wasn’t sure what was going on. Dean showed up within a few hours, identified the issue , gave me the potential cost and that he would be back later to I talk it. Our furnace stopped working early Christmas Eve morning during a blizzard. After calling four HVAC companies with no success, we decided to call Butler. Not only did they return our call immediately, but upon leaving their seventh repair for the day they came to our home. Dean was prompt, professional and was able to get our furnace up and running so we'd have heat for Christmas. Dean is knowledgeable and a genuinely good person. He offered us suggestions to consider to improve our overall home HVAC. Dean was super knowledgeable and great doing business with. After my service call in May that determined my air-conditioning unit was damaged by ants and my condenser inside had build up we decided to have both replaced. Dean and his crew quickly supplied an invoice and set up a time to complete the work. All work was completed quickly and professionally on the day of installation.
