Dean is a wonderful guy and has a great business. I had all of my major components replaced (furnace, A/C and water heater) at once. He was prompt, courteous, careful of our home, keeping me informed of progress. All installed in one day. At the end, stayed and showed me how all the components worked and how to change out filters. He filed all of my $$$$ rebates for me and he also registered all of my components so i did not have to do any of it. He returned ON HIS OWN a couple of times to check up on things and make adjustments to furnace to keep us comfortable. His quote sheet is line by line so you see exactly what you are paying for each item and how much labor is going to cost for the job. He beat out several other quotes by thousands of dollars. Also, he is an ELITE Dealer so your components are warranted for an additional 2 years from the manufacturer. I would highly recommend Butler Heating and Air Conditioning.

I had a great experience working with Dean and Butler Heating and Air Conditioning on an installment of two mini-splits. Dean is very professional and prompt. Butler Heating and Air Conditioning did an outstanding job on our home. We had two furnaces put in, and central air, and we couldn’t be happier with the service they provided! Even when our home was tricky at times, they stayed true to the price, and went above and (WAY) beyond what we would have imagined. Anytime we have had questions, Dean is more than happy to explain. Dean and his crew came out to replace our old Furnace with a high efficiency Furnace as well as switch from an undersized AC unit to a 5 stage Heat Pump. To make things a little more complicated we switched from fuel oil to propane and Dean was able to help that transition go as smoothly as possible! Best customer service you will ever get from any HVAC company!

Tuesday I came how to my furnace not working. I called Dean of “Butler Heating and Air Conditioning”. He came over right after I got off the phone. He assessed the situation and informed me that my furnace was on its last legs. After going over what was going on (cracked heat exchanger)and him showing me the situation, it was time to get a new furnace. He was very knowledgeable friendly and tells you how it is. Long story short its Friday and I have a new furnace. Dean and his team were in and out in less than 2 hours. Their work is top quality and affordable. I would recommend them to anyone. AC went out on a hot stretch. Called and spoke to Dean. He came out very quickly and diagnosed both the AC and the furnace needed to be replaced (they were both very old and have been repaired numerous times) They installed the new equipment very quickly. Dean was there every step of the way. Never once did we feel that we were being upsold on equipment that wasn’t needed. There were 2 quotes. Giving us the opportunity to compare the differences between them. We are so happy with the new furnace AC combo. It’s amazingly quiet and cold. I never realized how important AC was until it wasn’t working. Thank you Dean and all the staff @ Buttler that worked on this install. A+++

This is a very long overdue review. I had a Ductless heater/ac installed in my garage in October. First, Dean is a awesome business man. He is very professional, responsive, and keeps you informed about everything. His prices were also much better than the other quotes that I had received. He was also able to get everything installed for me in a week while the other quotes had me looking close to 2 months out. The ductless heater/ac is amazing. I turned my garage into a gym so I go out there quite a bit. Right now i have the temperature to maintain at 60F. About 5 minutes before i go out there I increase the heat to 65 and by the time i get out there its nice and warm. I used the AC a couple hotter days in the fall and it also works great as well. Usually only takes 5-10 minutes to cool down. I will be using Dean for my yearly maintenance and any other HVAC/AC needs. I 100% recommend his services.

Our furnace stopped working. Dean came promptly and diagnosed the problem and went at length to show us broken part of the furnace. The furnace needed to be replaced. We went ahead with replacing the air conditioner also at the same time. Their price was fair and they installed the system very professionally and timely. A friend recommended Butler Heating after our furnace died a few weeks before Christmas. My husband and I had spoken to a few contractors but no one responded as quickly or as professionally as Dean, and we were impressed by his expertise. The furnace he installed for us is efficient, quiet and has made our drafty old farmhouse extremely comfortable -- including those areas that were impossible to heat! Our fancy new touchscreen thermostat even tracks our energy usage. In addition to all that, he made a second trip to our house to replace a switch that he thought was acting a bit wonky, and then took care of filling out & submitting our warranty paperwork for us! Highly recommend using this company.
