A/C installers did a great job replacing my very old, inefficient unit. They were friendly, on time, answered all my questions and cleaned up completely. I thought the pricing was reasonable.
They also replaced my heating unit.

The service professional was courteous and went about the work in a professional manner, answering questions and providing clear and concise instructions on the work being performed. Awesome job and we are glad we decided on this company.

Service Tech was knowledgeable and professional. Performed the furnace tuneup/safety check and diagnosed the cause of a humidifier leak. Had the part in the service vehicle and was able to do the repair. No need to schedule a second appointment.

They provide excellent work for a very reasonable price. When my old furnace gave out (in the middle of winter), they installed a new one lightning fast! They gave me lots of options, so the new furnace was not only wonderful, it was also within my budget!

Except for the excessive emphasis on the annually billed service plan, I was completely satisfied with both the service and the staff doing the work. I'll have them back to do the recommended repairs at the first available opportunity. I'm pleased when people take the time to take pictures to give a visual of the need of repairs.

My water heater stopped heating water and my pilot would not stay lit. Called them first thing in the morning and had a technician (Eric) at my house within a couple hours. Service was fast and friendly. They did a great job replacing my thermocouple and restoring hot water to our home. This is the 2nd time I've utilized AirServ for repair (previously for an HVAC issue) and they deliver quickly and efficiently every time. I highly recommend them!

I have a Water Furnace, which is a geothermal furnace and A/C. The technician which services this unit has had training and is knowledgeable of the innerworkings of this equipment. He has provided an annual checkout and maintenance for the past several years. The checkout is comprehensive and when completed goes over his findings with me. Prices for the checkout are competitive.

Water heater install, and recent maintenance. Techs seem to be very knowledgeable, and willing to explain in detail, the issue, why it happened, and what is necessary to repair the problem, and ways to prevent future issues. I understand that repairs can be costly, but I feel that the pricing is a bit inflated.
