The service is superior. The technicians were very courteous of our home and yard while performing the work. They are friendly, and willing to answer questions about any process or equipment. They cleaned up the worksite each day, and started and finished on time.The workmanship is professional.They quickly resolved any concerns without question.We have used them in the past for general HVAC service, and will continue to use them into the future. Their response time, and professionalism is unmatched.

Nick came out last week to check out our furnace and AC unit and realized that our heating and cooling didn't actually need the package that I had agreed to pay for over the phone ($199). Nick then made a call to the office and sorted things out so that we didn't have to pay for something we didn't actually need. Ended up saving $199 and we will definitely be using them in the future if we ever run into any problems!

Most service employees aim for a high degree of competence, and my Aireserv technician was certainly extremely competent. But was also analytical and thought quickly, globally, and outside the box. They also educate their clients, which is really wonderful.

Aire Serv of Mid Michigan is wonderful. Lori, the gal you will most likely chat with when you call, is so delightful. Everyone person who has stepped into my home from Aire Serv has been polite and honorable. They leave the site clean. We have used them to install a new furnace, air conditioner, tankless water heater, and to run a gas line for our pool heater.

A/C broke on Memorial day, when it was over 90 degrees. From call to fix took a hair over 2 hours. I can't say enough about how well I was treated and how friendly and professional Bruce was.
The price was excellent as well considering it was a holiday. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with AireServ in the future.

We recently contacted Aireserv to service our air conditioner as it stopped working. The service tech replaced the capacitor and made sure our a/c unit was working again before he left. The next day, our conditioner stopped working again. We contacted Aireserv again but weren’t hopeful as it was well after 5pm. Surprisingly, we were able to talk to real live people! Because we had purchased a warranty on the capacitor just 1 day before, Aireserv dispatched their on-call tech, Brian Wilson, to take a look at our unit. Brian was professional, knowledgeable and able to get our a/c unit up and running again in no time!

On Friday, June 5, our air conditioner quit working. On Saturday, June 6, we called Aire Serv, and their technician, Nick Sacjen, came to our house and quickly diagnosed the problem. He returned on Sunday, June 7, at 1:30p and stayed until 8:30p to resolve the issues with our air conditioner. He was courteous, efficient, and informative. I would highly recommend Nick and Aire Serv to anyone who is experiencing problems with their air conditioning.

Always prompt to respond, right in the average for the pricing, and I never feel pressured into buying more than I need.
They have repaired my broken furnace in the middle of Michigan winter ASAP and installed all new HVAC in one day one week after we agreed on a quote. Their warranty is on par or better than most in mid-Michigan.

Dmitry was the technician doing our annual tune-up today. As with all of the Air Serv technicians out of this franchise, Dmitry was very polite, professional and thorough. I can always count on these folks to keep my HVAC up and running efficiently. Thanks for the continued great service.

Richard T. Was very courteous and thorough during my yearly air-conditioning tune-up. He cleaned a couple of things I had never seen cleaned before. All of his suggestions for future work or replacement seemed reasonable, as well as ways to maintain thesthe throughout the year.
