No one wants to replace a furnace during the holidays. My options were clear and honest from repair to replacement. I choose to replace and picked some nicer options. Pricing was consistent for our region. They got me scheduled between Christmas and New Year’s, which others could not. Richard and Brandon were in and out on-time. Everything was handled by the company: install, accessories, permits, removal, clean-up, setup and training on the new thermostat, warranty registration, utility rebate applications, and tax deduction documents. The new setup is sized correctly and heats my home more consistently than ever.

They were awesome. I highly recommend them to anyone that has HVAC concerns. They were through. We had three people come to service our furnace. They were the only ones that gave us a straight answer and find the root cause of our problem a a reasonable price. Figure out the problem, find the part repaired in just a few hours. The tech was professional and friendly. He also explained to us his findings

Superior Home Comfort was amazing, my furnace went out a few weeks ago after buying a new house, and after calling 7 local companies, superior was the only one who responded, within a day, and got right out to give us a quote. The cold weather was approaching fast and Clancy and Ty set it up to get us in the day before the cold spell struck.
